Defect 1194695: This issue applies if you do not use automatic numbering for firms in the Firms hub. It applies for all firm types. You received a “Firm Number already exists” error message in the Firms hub when you tried to edit a firm that had the same firm number as another firm. This occurred if you upgraded from Vision to Vantagepoint. You also could not enter a new firm with the same firm number as an existing firm in Vantagepoint, as you could in Vision. Now you can edit a firm record that has the same firm number as another firm. You can also now enter a new firm and give it the same firm number as an existing firm. You will receive a warning message, but you can still save the new record.

Defect 1194721: This issue applies for projects that have more than one work breakdown structure (WBS). You were unable to save changes when you completed the following steps to edit a project’s structure:

1. Click the Project Structure icon that opens the Project Structure dialog box in any application.

2. In the Project Structure dialog box, click Edit.

3. On the Edit Project Structure form, change the primary client for any WBS level.

4. Clear the Available to Accounting Users and/or Approved for Use in Processing check boxes.

The screen froze and you were unable to save changes.

Defect 1193179: When you ran Revenue Generation (Accounting » Revenue Generation) for a project and a transaction file was automatically generated, an error occurred when the file was posted in the Transaction Center.

Defect 1194098: When you created a workflow in Settings » Workflow » Scheduled Workflow, if you added a Column Change Action to the Actions grid, the New Value SQL Expression option on the Column Change Configuration dialog box did not include the PRSummary-related fields.

Defect 1195871: The unbilled amounts that you entered in the History Loading utility in Invoices and Receipts were not reflected in project reports.
