Reschedule Booked Time
You can reschedule booked time on the same calendar.
To reschedule booked time, complete the following steps:
- Click .
- On the Staff Scheduler page, use the staff tree view to select the employee for whom you want to reschedule booked time.
- In the calendar grid, select the booked time entry that you want to reschedule.

Do
one of the following:
- If you only need to change the time, you can drag and drop the event to a new time slot.
- If you need to change additional information, such as the description:
- In the Staff Scheduler sidebar, click the Booked Time tab.
- Edit the information as needed.
- Click and hold Drag to Reschedule, then drag it onto the calendar to the appropriate time slot. The booked time entry moves to the new time slot.
- Click Save.
