The UDT10 Links tab displays a table of the linked items of the current timesheet class. Use this tab to add, edit, or delete UDT10 links.
This non-editable column displays the currently linked UDT10s.
This non-editable column displays the currently linked UDT10 descriptions.
This non-editable checkbox indicates whether the UDT10 will display in the Simple Lookup dialog when it is invoked from the timesheet for the employees of this timesheet class.
This non-editable checkbox indicates whether the employees of this class can manually enter a UDT10 on their timesheet.
To add a UDT10 link to the table, select the Add UDT10 Link function.
Use the Lookup pushbutton to the right of the field to select a UDT10 to link to the timesheet class. You can also enter the UDT10 manually.
The non-editable description will be automatically populated after you enter a UDT10.
Select this checkbox if you want the UDT10 to be available when you use Lookup for this class. The default is unchecked.
Select this checkbox to allow the employees of this class to manually enter their UDT10. The default is unchecked.
Select OK to add the UDT10 link to the database. The link will display in the UDT10 table.
Select Cancel to close the dialog without adding the link.
To edit a UDT10 link, select the Edit UDT10 Link function.

Select OK to update the UDT10 link in the database. The updated link will display in the UDT10 table.
Select Cancel to close the dialog without updating the link.
Select the UDT10 link or links that you wish to delete by clicking on the button to the left of the row. Then select the Delete UDT10 Link function to delete the row(s).
