Commitment Inquiry/ Report Results

The Results tab of the Commitment Inquiry/Report screen displays the current expense commitments as determined by the criteria you selected in the Criteria tab.

When do I use the Results screen?

Use the Results tab to view the data generated after you select filters and sort option on the Criteria tab. The columns that display on the Results tab change depending on whether you sorted by Employee or Project.

Column Headings with Results Sorted by Employee

If you sort by Employee, the following columns display in the table on the Results tab:

Based on the criteria and parameters you selected on the Criteria tab, a row displays on the Results tab for each employee who has expense commitments. The Commitment Amount column displays the total amount per employee. To view the individual commitment amounts by project, click the plus sign (+) to the left of the employee’s name. To return to the Summary view, click the Commitments link above the table.

Print/Preview Employee Results

To print or preview the results, complete the following steps:

  1. Select the rows for the employees you want to include, or select the check box above the rows to include the results for all the employees listed in the table.

  2. Click Print/Preview.

  3. In the Print dialog box, select Summary Report or select Detailed Report.

  4. Click Submit.

  5. When the report displays, you can print it or save the PDF version.

Column Headings with Results Sorted by Project

If you sort by Project, the following columns display in the table on the Results tab:

The Commitment Amount column displays the total amount per project UDT02. To view the individual commitment amounts by employee, click the plus sign (+) to the left of the UDT02 ID. To return to the summary view, click the Commitments link above the table.

  1. Select the rows for the UDT02 you want to include, or select the check box above the rows to include the results for all the UDT02 listed in the table.

  2. Click Print/Preview.

  3. In the Print dialog box, select Summary Report or select Detailed Report.

  5. When the report displays, you can print it or save the PDF version.
