MyMenu

Use this section to view the menu items that you have selected for display. The ordering of the items follows the setup in the Edit MyMenu dialog.

MyMenu

Select a menu item to launch the screen.  

If you no longer have rights to a MyMenu item, it will be automatically deleted from your MyMenu area when the desktop is displayed.

Edit MyMenu

Click Edit MyMenu to set up your personal menu system. The selection list on the left side of the dialog contains the menu items that will display in your MyMenu area. The selection list on the right side displays all screen names to which you have rights.

To add menu items for your MyMenu, select the items in the right side selection list and use the Add pushbutton to add them to the selection list on the left side. Then, using the Move Up or Move Down pushbuttons, position the menu item where you like. Select the OK pushbutton to close the dialog and display the chosen items in the MyMenu area in the MyDesktop screen.

To remove menu items from your MyMenu, select the item(s) in the left side list and select the Remove pushbutton. The item will be removed from the left side and placed in the right side list. Select the OK pushbutton to close the dialog and display the updated MyMenu area in the MyDesktop screen.

Add

Select the Add pushbutton to move an item from the right side selection list to the left side selection list.

The Add pushbutton is disabled until you select a menu item.

Remove

Select the Remove pushbutton to remove an item from the left side selection list and add it back to the right side selection list.

The Remove pushbutton is disabled until you select a menu item.

Move Up

To move up an item in your MyMenu area, select the item you wish to move and use the Move Up pushbutton to move it up in the list.

The Move Up pushbutton is disabled until you select a menu item.

Move Down

To move down an item in your MyMenu area, select the item you wish to move and use the Move Down pushbutton to move it down in the list.

The Move Down pushbutton is disabled until you select a menu item.

OK

After placing your menu items in the order that you like, select the OK pushbutton to close the dialog and display the updated menu options in the MyMenu area of the Desktop screen.

Cancel

Select the Cancel pushbutton to close the dialog without changing any menu selections.
