Click Edit MyDesktop to arrange your desktop items. Select the order and placement of the desktop items by moving the items either to the right or left panel then moving them up or down to the position you desire.
The multiple selection list between the Move to Left Panel and Move to Right Panel pushbuttons will display all desktop items that have not already been placed. If you want to see the item on the left side of your desktop, select the item and select the Move to Left Panel pushbutton. This will move the item to the lower left multiple selection list.
The multiple selection list between the Move to Left Panel and Move to Right Panel pushbuttons will display all desktop items that have not already been placed. If you wish to see the item on the right side of your desktop, select the item and select the Move to Right Panel pushbutton. This will move the item to the lower right multiple selection list.
You can position the items on each side of the screen by selecting the item and selecting the Move Up pushbutton to move the item one row higher on the same side.

To remove items on either side of the desktop, select the item(s) and select the Remove pushbutton to move the item back to the multiple selection list at the top of the screen.
Use the drop-down box to select the number of expense authorizations that you wish to display in your MyExpense Authorizations area of the MyDesktop screen. The available numbers are "1" through "25."
Use the drop-down box to select the number of expense reports that you wish to display in your MyExpense Reports area of the MyDesktop screen. The available numbers are "1" through "25."
Use the drop-down box to select the number of timesheets that you wish to display in your MyTimesheets area of the MyDesktop screen. The available numbers are "1" through "25."
Select the OK pushbutton once you have arranged the layout as you like. The dialog will close and the desktop screen will be updated with the changes.
If you have not set the location of the desktop items or have removed all of them through the Edit MyDesktop Layout option, the desktop, when it is displayed, will default with the following:
MyTasks, the first item on the left.
MyTimesheets, the second item on the left.
MyExpense Reports, the third item on the left.
MyExpense Authorizations, the fourth item on the left.
MyOutstandingAdvances
MyOutstandingExpenses
MyAlerts, the first item on the right.
MyMenu, the second item on the right.
Select the Cancel pushbutton to close the dialog without making any changes.
