Use this section to view your latest expense reports. The number of expense reports that display is set in the Number of MyExpense Reports field in either the Preferences screen or the Edit MyDesktop Layout dialog. The expense reports display in descending order by expense report date.
Select the checkbox to the left of an expense authorization description to select it, or select the check box located in the header to select or deselect all the alerts. Each checkbox in the left column will become checked or unchecked accordingly.
Click Launch to bring up the Expense Report screen for your selected expense report(s). If you selected multiple expense reports, use the navigation arrows on the Expense Report screen to move between expense reports.
The expense report ID and short description display as the description of the expense report. The column to the right of the description will display the status of the expense report. The possible statuses are as follows:
Draft - The expense report has been created but has not been submitted (signed).
Submitted - The expense report has been signed, but no approvals have taken place.
Under Review - One or more approvals have occurred, but not all approvals.
Approved - All approvals have occurred; expense report is waiting for export and/or receipts.
Rejected - The expense report has been rejected.
Processed - The expense report has been exported to the financial system.
Voided - The expense report has been voided.
The Description and Status columns display as black lettering on a white background unless a expense report has a rejected status. Rejected expense reports display with white lettering on red background.
Select the expense report description to bring up the Expense Report screen for the item.
