To approve Expense Report Level attachments, your assigned role must have the appropriate rights, and you must not be the employee for this expense report.
To approve an attachment, complete the following steps:
In the Workflow Status screen, select the check box next to the attachment you want to approve.
In the Action column, click Approve.
In the Approve Attachment screen, complete the following fields.
If desired, enter a comment.
Click Cancel to exit without approving the attachment.
Click Approve to approve the attachment.
