The top of the screen displays a graphical representation of the drill-down as you move through the levels. Each level above the current level displays as a hyperlink. Select any of these links to display the information at that level.
The employees that display in the Results tab table depend on the criteria you selected in the Criteria tab. The employees are listed in alphabetical order by name.
This non-editable column displays the name of the employee. If the system is configured to show employee IDs, the ID will display in parentheses after the employee name.
This non-editable column displays the sum of regular hours for the employee for the date range selected on the Criteria tab.
This non-editable column displays the sum of overtime hours for the employee for the date range selected on the Criteria tab.
Select the "+" button to the left of a row to drill down into the information for that employee. If you selected a Level 1 on the Criteria tab, the information for that level will display. If you did not select a Level 1, the detail information for the employee will display.
This non-editable field displays the total regular hours for the employees in the table, excluding cost-only hours. Prorated hours display for the employee where applicable.
This non-editable field displays the total overtime hours for the employee in the table, excluding cost-only hours. Prorated hours display for the employee where applicable.
Select the Preview/Print pushbutton to preview the employee activity report. A Print Employee Activity Report dialog will display. The Preview/Print pushbutton is available for all drill-down levels and the detail level. See the documentation for the Print Employee Activity Report dialog for more details.
Select the Close pushbutton to close this screen and return to your splash screen.
