Use this screen to add, edit and delete wage determination rate schedules. A key made up of the Effective Date, UDT05, UDT03, and UDT01 fields differentiates each record. If a matching combination is used on a timesheet line, the system will provide the rate based on the UDT07 or UDT07/UDT06 combination selected on that timesheet line and the value in the Apply column for that row in the wage schedule.
Use this screen when you initialize Time & Expense with ESS or anytime you want to set up a new wage schedule record or to change or delete an existing one.

Do one of the following:
If you want the wage schedule row to assign a rate for a particular UDT06 code, select that code.
If you want the row to assign the same rate regardless of the UDT06 code, type "ALL" in UDT06.
Example: If you want to assign a special rate for certain UDT06 codes but not for others, create an individual wage schedule row for each of the UDT06 codes that requires a special rate, and create one other row that has "ALL" in UDT06. For a timesheet row that contains a matching UDT06 code, the corresponding special rate is used. For timesheet rows that contain a UDT06 code not explicitly referenced in the wage schedule, the rate in the wage schedule row with "ALL" in UDT06 is used.
