Charge Activity

Project managers can use this inquiry screen to review the activity of their charges and to drill down through the details of labor charges. You can also print a subtotaling report for all or selected charges viewed.

When do I use the Charge Activity screen?

Use this screen any time you want to check charge activity.  

The Charge Activity screen tabs

The tabs available in this screen are Criteria and Results (Summary Level, Drill Down Levels, and Detail Level).

Use the Criteria tab to select the search criteria for the drill-down results and report. The Results tab will display the charge activity results in a succession of drill-downs based on the criteria selected. If you select no Drill Down Options in the Criteria tab, the Charge Summary results will display with the option of drilling to the charge details. You can also print the activity from any of the drill-down levels displayed in the Results tab.
