The employees that appear in the Results tab table depend on the criteria you selected on the Criteria tab.
The ordering of the fields in the results table is determined by the Primary and Secondary sorts selected on the Criteria tab. The field headings remain the same, but the information within the fields is sorted in accordance with your selections in the Primary and Secondary sort fields.
If you are going to initiate notifications from the Timesheet Status screen, you can use the check boxes at the beginning of the rows to include or exclude individual employees from the notification process. The Notifications tab will not be available unless you select at least one employee on the Results tab.
This option to select individual employees does not apply when notifications are sent as a scheduled process. In that case, all employees are included that meet the criteria on the Criteria tab and have one of the statuses selected on the Notifications tab.
This non-editable column displays the name of the employee. If the system is configured to show employee IDs, the ID, in parentheses, follows the employee name.
This non-editable column displays the employee's timesheet class.
This non-editable column displays the employee's timesheet status. The possible statuses depend on your selection in the Filter group box on the Criteria tab:
Missing
Open
Signed
Approved
Rejected
Processed
If you selected Missing as one of the filters on the Criteria tab, this non-editable field displays the number of employees whose timesheets are missing.
If you selected Open as one of the filters on the Criteria tab, this non-editable field displays the number of employees who have an open timesheet.
If you selected Signed as one of the filters on the Criteria tab, this non-editable field displays the number of employees who have a signed timesheet.
If you selected Approved as one of the filters on the Criteria tab, this non-editable field displays the number of employees who have an approved timesheet.
If you selected Rejected as one of the filters on the Criteria tab, this non-editable field displays the number of employees who have a rejected timesheet.
If you selected Processed as one of the filters on the Criteria tab, this non-editable field displays the number of employees who have a processed timesheet.
Click Preview/Print to preview the timesheet status report in Adobe Acrobat format. The preview includes all rows selected in the table on the Results tab. Click Print to print the report.
