Leave Status

This non-editable screen displays leave information. You can view leave balances and activity drawn from Costpoint Payroll data.

When do I use the Leave Status screen?

You should access this screen when you want to check details relating to your leave balance.

If your company is accruing leave in Costpoint, you will see Year-To-Date Earned, Beginning Balance for the year, Year To Date Used, and a Current Balance display as of the last time Labor and Leave were posted.  This page is where you can view all of your leave type balances.  

If you do not have any leave balance, the system will display the following message:  "Your leave balance is not available at this time."

Summary Leave Table

The column descriptions and number of columns are based on Costpoint data.  Each header is a hyperlink that takes you to a Detail Page for the leave column that you are viewing.

Beginning Balance  

This field displays your beginning balance for each specific leave type (column).

Year To Date Earned

This field displays your year-to-date earned for each specific leave type (column).

Year To Date Used

This field displays your year-to-date used for each specific leave type (column).

Current Balance

This field displays your current balance for each specific leave type (column).

Leave Type Table Detail

Use this page to view all of your leave types by period ending date.  

Period Ending

This field displays the pay period end date for each payroll that has been processed.

Hours Earned

This field displays your hours earned based on each pay period.

Hours Used

This field displays your hours used based on each pay period.
