Use this section to view your latest timesheets. The number of timesheets that display is set in the Number of MyTimesheets field in either the Preferences screen or the Edit MyDesktop Layout dialog. The timesheets display in descending order by period ending date.
Choose Select All to select all the timesheets that are displayed. The checkboxes in the left column will then be selected. To unselect the timesheets, you must remove each checkmark individually.
Select Launch to bring up the timesheet screen for your selected timesheet(s). If you select multiple timesheets, use the navigation arrows on the timesheet screen to move between timesheets. You can also use the Employee drop-down box to navigate.
Select the checkbox to the left of a timesheet description to select that timesheet.
The period ending date displays as the description of the timesheet. The column to the right of the description displays the status of the timesheet. The possible statuses are as follows:
Open - The timesheet has been created but has not been submitted (signed).
Signed - The timesheet has been signed but has not been approved.
Approved - All approvals have occurred, and the timesheet is waiting for export.
Rejected - The timesheet has been rejected.
Processed - The timesheet has been exported to the financial system.
The Description and Status columns display as black lettering on a white background unless a timesheet has a rejected status. Rejected timesheets display with white lettering on red background.
Select the period ending date description to bring up the timesheet screen for the item.
