MyExpenses

Use this section to view, delete, and restore your current expenses. Expenses display in descending order by date.

MyExpenses items display only if you are licensed for Deltek Expense and have browse or full rights to the MyExpenses screen.

Outstanding Expenses

To view your current outstanding expenses, select Outstanding Expenses from the drop-down list. Your outstanding expenses display in the grid.

To select all outstanding expenses, click Select All, or to select an individual expense, select the check box for that item.

To delete the selected expense(s), click Delete.

Deleted expenses remain within the system and can be restored to your desktop. Refer to the Deleted Expenses topic on this page.

Deleted Expenses

To view your deleted expenses, select Deleted Expenses from the drop-down list. Your deleted expenses display in the grid.

To select all deleted expenses, click Select All, or to select an individual expense, select the check box for that item.

To restore the selected expense(s) to your desktop, click Restore.
