Sign Timesheet
Use
the Sign
menu option to submit your completed timesheet for processing.
Sign a Timesheet
To
sign your timesheet:
1.
Click Sign Timesheet on
the menu. If unsaved changes exist, Deltek Mobile Time prompts you to
save them.
If the timesheet contains entries that do
not comply with your company's timesheet rules, the Timesheet Sign Error/Warnings
screen displays. See Errors and Warning Messages
below for more information.
2.
If no errors exist or if they have been corrected, the Timesheet Sign
screen displays. Click Continue.
3. Enter your password or
PIN, and click Submit.
The PIN option is available only if configured
by your system administrator and if you entered a PIN in User Options.
Errors and Warning Messages
When
you sign your timesheet, it is validated to ensure it complies with the
timesheet rules for your company. If it doesn't comply, the Timesheet
Sign Errors/Warnings screen displays:
You cannot bypass error messages and must make corrections
before signing your timesheet.
You can correct warnings or bypass them. To bypass warnings
and proceed to the Sign Timesheet screen, click Continue.

Prorated Hours
Note
that if prorated hours are being used, only entered hours display on your
Mobile timesheet.
