• Timesheet Search

  • Use the Timesheet Search function to locate timesheets that you need to approve, reject, or review. Use of this feature is restricted to supervisors.
  •  
  • To perform a timesheet search:
  • 1. Click Search Timesheet on the menu. The Search Timesheet screen displays. See Search Timesheet Screen below to learn more about fields on this screen, which you use to create your search conditions.
  • 2. To set up your search, click Change Option on the menu to select a value or to select (or clear) a check box for any of following search parameters:
  • Year
  • Period Ending
  • Role
  • Group
  • Missing
  • Open
  • Signed
  • Approved
  • Rejected
  • Processed
  • 3. When your search parameters are selected, click Execute Search on the menu.
  • If the values you selected are valid, the results of your search display in the Search Results screen.
  • 4. Select the check box next to each timesheet you want to retrieve.
  • 5. Click Get Timesheets. Deltek Mobile Timesheet then retrieves the selected timesheets. You can now edit, approve, or reject timesheets as necessary.

  • Search Timesheet Screen
  • The Search Timesheet screen contains the following information:
  • Year — Displays the year of the current pay period.
  • Period Ending — Displays the end date of the current pay period.
  • Role — Displays the roles available for selection.
  • Group — Displays the groups available for selection.
  • Missing — Include missing timesheets in the search.
  • Open — Include open timesheets in the search.
  • Signed — Include signed timesheets in the search.
  • Approved — Include approved timesheets in the search.
  • Rejected — Include rejected timesheets in the search.

  • Change Sort
  • You can change the sort options for the user’s Name, ID, and Status.
