Reset Password

 

The Reset Password option lets you reset your password if needed.

 

To reset your password:

1. From the Logon screen, click Forgot Password on the menu. The Forgot Password screen displays.

2. Enter your Login ID and Domain, and then click Next.

3. A Security Question displays on the next screen (for example, “What is your favorite baseball team”). Answer the question, and click Submit.

4. If the submitted answer is correct, your password will receive the following message: “Password changed completed successfully.” You will then be automatically directed to the Change Password screen.
