• Deltek Mobile Timesheet Login Screen

  • Use the Login screen to access Deltek Mobile Time. It is the first screen that displays when you open the application.

  • You must enter a Login ID, a valid Password or Pin, and a company Domain in order to access Deltek Mobile Time.
  •  
  • Log on by PIN is available only if the feature was enabled by your System Administrator.
  •  
  • To log on to Deltek Mobile Time:
  • 1. In the Login ID field, enter the Login ID (usually your name) provided by your system administrator. The Login ID may be case sensitive, depending on how your options were determined in Configuration.
  • 2. Enter a valid password or PIN in the Password/Pin field.  
  • The PIN option displays if the feature was enabled by your System Administrator.
  • 3. Enter your company domain in the Domain field.
  • 4. Click Submit, or select Login from the menu options.

  • Forgot Password
  • If you forget your password, click Forgot Password on the menu from the Login screen. In the Forgot Password screen do the following:
  • 1. Enter your Login ID in the Login ID.
  • 2. Enter the Domain in the Domain field.
  • 3. If the information you entered is correct, a screen displays where you can enter the answer to a pre-determined security question. If the answer is correct, your password is reset to the Government ID.

  • Successful Login
  • If your login is successful, Deltek Mobile Timesheet checks for pending timesheet tasks. If you have pending timesheet tasks, then you will be notified; if not, the Timesheet screen displays.

  • Enter a PIN Instead of a Password
  • If your System Administrator has enabled the PIN feature, you can log on to Deltek Mobile Time using a PIN instead of a password. You must also enter your PIN in User Options. Once you have established your PIN, you can also use it for other functions within Deltek Mobile Time, such as signing your timesheet.

  • Invalid Login Attempt
  • You will receive an “Invalid Login Attempt” message under the following conditions:
  • Your Login ID, Password/Pin, or Domain information are invalid.
  • Your password is inactive.
  • You are using a PIN but changed your password in the Web version of Time & Expense and the existing PIN and new password have not yet synchronized.
