Expense Authorization Status - Results Tab

The expense authorizations that display in the Results tab table depend on the criteria you selected on the Criteria tab.

The columns in the table are determined by the filter you selected on the Criteria tab. If the filter is "Overdue Approval" or "Overdue Review," the third column is Functional Role. Otherwise, it is Employee Name.

Row selection check box

If you are going to initiate notifications from the Expense Authorization Status screen, you can use the check boxes at the beginning of the rows to include or exclude authorizations from the notification process. The Notifications tab will not be available unless you select at least one authorization on the Results tab.

You can select all or deselect all rows by selecting or deselecting the check box in the field header of the first column.

This option to select individual authorizations does not apply when notifications are sent as a scheduled process. In that case, all authorizations are included that meet the criteria on the Criteria tab.

If this column is titled Employee Name and the Show Employee ID check box is selected on the Miscellaneous tab of the General Configuration screen, the ID, in parentheses, follows the employee name.
