Deltek Talent Management now supports LinkedIn OAuth client secret rotation without service interruptions or integration downtime. This update ensures secure and continuous authentication by allowing secrets to be updated programmatically or manually, with zero-downtime transitions during rotation periods. 

Key Features:

• Automated Secret Rotation: LinkedIn client secrets are automatically rotated every 60 days using LinkedIn's developerApplicationsSecurity API. 
• Manual Update Option: Recruiter administrators can manually update secrets via the Social Media Integrations page without requiring system restarts or redeployments. 
• Zero-Downtime Transition: The system seamlessly handles dual-secret periods, ensuring uninterrupted authentication during rotation windows.
• Error-Free Authentication: No authentication failures occur during secret updates or transitions, maintaining a seamless experience for end users.

Validation rules have been added for national identifiers in the following countries: 

• Switzerland (Social Security Number): 13 digits separated by dots, always starting with "756" (for example, 756.xxxx.xxxx.xx) 
• Singapore (National Registration Identity Card): 9 alphanumeric characters in this format: 1 letter + 7 digits + 1 letter (for example, S1234567A)
• Slovakia: 12 characters, formatted as "Birth Number/4 digits" (for example, 710923/1236)
• Sweden: 12 characters, formatted as "Birth Number-4 digits" (for example, 710923-1236)
• Malaysia: 12 numeric digits (for example, 900312145678; dashes are optional) 
• Germany: 11 digits followed by 1 letter (for example, 12010190M123) 

When your Country or National Identifier Country is one of these countries, the corresponding validation rules will be enforced in the ATS Dynamic Forms or Core HR Total Talent Profile, respectively, to ensure accurate data entry.

Description: When you navigated through the onboarding dynamic form, the left side of the page was progressively cut off across multiple pages.

Description: When you accessed the ATS Diversity / EEO self-identification page, the Disability section displayed an expired OMB expiration date for Form CC-305, and the Veteran Status section showed inconsistent spacing between the definition bullets.

To strengthen account security and better align with current security best practices, we have enhanced the password validation rules used by Deltek Talent Management. As a result, users creating accounts will now be prevented from selecting passwords that are commonly used, insecure, based on predictable patterns, or derived from personal information.

Examples of blocked password patterns now include:

• Repetitive characters (3+ consecutive identical chars):"aaa", "111"
• Sequential ascending patterns (3+ consecutive):"abc", "123", "xyz"
• Sequential descending patterns (3+ consecutive):"cba", "321", "zyx"
• Common keyboard patterns:"qwerty", "asdfgh", etc.
• Frequently used weak passwords and common variations
• Passwords containing personal information such as name, email, or date of birth

This enhancement improves the security posture of the application and helps reduce the risk associated with weak password usage.

The new federally defined race category is now available for external job seekers, internal job seekers, and system users wherever the US Diversity Race field is configured to display. Inactive by default, administrators can enable the new category by clicking # of Options in the Race row through Settings > Administration > Recruiting > Configuration > Diversity Data Collection for the Recruiting module, and through Settings > Administration > Global Settings > System Administration > Drop-down and Multi-select Lists > TTP Ethnicity for the Total Talent Profile. Once enabled, the new “Middle Eastern or North African (not Hispanic or Latino)" option displays under the Race dropdown selection under the employee's Diversity Information and the Ethnicity dropdown selection of the employee's Total Talent Profile.

Note: Before enabling this new Race category, ensure that your ERP/HRIS is ready to accept this new value. Since the Costpoint integration has not been updated to receive this new value, please review upcoming Costpoint release notes for when to enable this value in Talent.

The core libraries for jQuery and Bootstrap have been upgraded to address security vulnerabilities. The update also triggered changes to the SOA/API documentation page's look and feel.
