Integrations/API/SOA

Backdated Hire Dates Caused Issues 

Deltek Tracking Number: 2133611
Description: When a user's hire date was backdated to a date prior to their original hire date via Integrations, the employment record that was created used the incorrect effective date. Potential consequences included situations where the user did not appear in the correct job, organization unit, or location. This issue impacted integrated clients.

Future-Dated Hires Included in get_new_hires API Call 

Deltek Tracking Number: 2349316
Description: The get_new_hires API call now includes future-dated hires and their employment record data. This allows hires with a future start date to be exported to Costpoint and Vantagepoint without adjusting the start date. Additionally, this update resolves issues caused by the deprecated hua_user.hua_user_terminated field. The code has been modified to use the termination date on the Employment Record instead.

Duplicate Profile Error with Established Employee IDs

Description: When you attempted to hire a user who already had an employee ID, a duplicate profile error display even if they were the only account with that ID.

Users Unable to Complete Onboarding Form

Description:If an onboarding form was archived and then that same form was added and completed, the answers did not display on the print/preview page. Because of this, in some cases you were unable to complete the form.

Streamlined Offer Extension Process from Resume Dashboard

Description: If no offer has been extended to a candidate, you will see an Extend Offer link. If an offer has already been extended, the link will change to Manage Offers, which will take you to the My Offers screen, pre-filtered with the candidate's details. This streamlined process makes managing and extending offers more efficient.

TDION Field Drew Data from Wrong Year

Description: The Basic Personal Amount for 2025 TD1ON populated with the 2024 amount rather than the updated 2025 amount.

Employee Number did not Carry Over

Deltek Tracking Number: 2368627
Description:The Employee ID value you provided on the resume dashboard page during hiring did not carry over to other pages, such as the Onboarding wizard and Total Talent Profile.

Update Failed to Clear Unclaimed Slots

Deltek Tracking Number:2385473
Description:When you clicked Clear Unclaimed Slots button and updated the event, the unclaimed slots remained unchanged.

Remote Jobs not Crossposting to Indeed
