My Employees Screen

Manage and assign information for direct reports to ensure they have what they need to meet personal goals and organization goals. Details that display in each employee's ribbon depend on the module tab (Performance, Development, Learning) and the feature button selected.

The options available on this screen depend on the modules used by your organization, and on the features enabled for your User Group. For example, if your firm uses the Performance module, the Performance screen displays by default, and if the Continuous Feedback feature is enabled, that button displays beneath the Performance tab.

Performance Use this tab to manage appraisals, continuous feedback sessions, 360 assessments, employee recognition, and employee goals for your direct reports.
Development skills and competencies, development plans, project teams, career paths, succession plans, and mentoring relationships
Learning courses, learning paths, certifications, external training, course watch list, class waiting list, current learning recommendations, certification and education history
