Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Set up two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security to your account. You Setup 2FA from the Account Information screen.

Warning: The following steps assume that you have already downloaded Google Authenticator or Duo Mobile on your mobile device.

To enable two-factor authentication:

  1. From the My Profile menu at the top right of Talent Management, click Account Information.
  2. Click More Options > Setup 2FA.
  3. Scan the barcode using your mobile phone’s authenticator app.
  4. In the Code field, enter the 6-digit code generated from your authenticator app and then click Submit.
