Administration Menu

Administrators perform tasks such as defining system settings, adding users, assigning user access via groups, and scheduling when data is transferred from Talent Management to the Reporting tool. Depending on your permissions, the Administration menu sidebar options may include Settings, Groups, Users, User Events, and Data Management.

Field Description
Settings Administrators configure Reporting Tool settings related to data, debugging, export, data logging, report specifications and creation, scheduling, single sign-on, date formatting, and system settings such as login message and session timeout.
Groups Administrators configure access to Reporting Tool features and screens and what actions users can perform. You can add groups and manage the group(s) to which a user belongs, as well as the default group for new Reporting Tool users.
Users Administrators search users and load user data from Talent Management to enable those users to access the Reporting Tool.
User Events Administrators view details of actions taken, by user name, including the report or element acted on, and the date and time of the activity.
Data Management Administrators schedule or manually initiate transfer of data from Talent Management to the Reporting Tool. Click Request Fresh Data to request data manually.
