Administration Menu
Use this menu to perform administrative tasks such as defining system settings, configuring user and group settings, and data management. Administration menu options my include Settings, Groups Users, User Events, and Data Management.

Field | Description |
---|---|
Settings | Configure Reporting Tool settings related to data, debugging, export, data logging, report specifications and creation, scheduling, single sign-on, date formatting, and system settings such as login message and session timeout. |
Groups | Manage group privileges and members and add new groups. You can also mark one group as the default group where new users will be added. |
Users | Search users and load user data from Talent Management to enable those users to access the Reporting Tool. |
User Events | A list of user activity, including the user name, the report or element acted on, and the date and time of the activity. |
Data Management | Click Request Fresh Data to request data manually from Talent Management or modify the time daily updates will occur. |

System access levels are determined by groups. Administrators can add groups and manage the group(s) to which a user belongs. - Manage Users
The User Management Screen lists all current users of the Reporting Tool. User data is stored in Talent Management, but users must still be added in the Reporting Tool. - Contents of the User Events Screen
View a list of performed actions by user, such as updating groups and sharing reports.
