Edit Onboarding Recipient List
Follow these steps to edit an onboarding recipient list.
To edit an onboarding recipient list:
- On the Onboarding Recipient List screen, locate the recipient list that you want to edit and click in the Actions column.

Edit the relevant fields, as needed.
If you change the value in the Recipient Group Name field, make sure that the new name does not any existing recipient group names.

If applicable, in the Add Employees section, click Select Users from Employee List to search for users.
You can search by employee name, or find individuals who report to a specific manager.
- Click Search to generate the search results table.

In the Employees to Add field, click Search Users to search for and select employees to include in the recipient list.
In the search results screen, select recipients by either clicking or selecting the check box next to the employee name, then clicking Add All Selected.
- Click Confirm Selection.
- If applicable, in the Add External Recipients section, enter the Name and E-mail address of the external recipient.
- If you want to add more than one recipient, click Add Another Recipient, and repeat Step 8.
- Click Submit to save the recipient list.
