Follow these steps to add onboarding document versions.
To add onboarding document version:

On the Onboarding Document Library screen, click the value in the Version Count column of the document that you want to update.

Click Add Version.

In the Document Valid From field, click
to select or enter a date in the text field.

In the Document Valid To field, click
to select or enter a date in the text field.
This field is optional because not all documents expire.

In the File field, click Browse to choose a file to upload from your computer.

Click Save.
