  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use this screen to schedule announcements and events that display on user dashboards.

Add visibility to important information, such as upcoming new enrollment availabilities, company events, or other noteworthy news and press releases about your company by creating and configure the timing of announcements using this screen.

The News & Announcements wizard will walk you through the three-step announcement content creation process. You can add rich text formatting to your announcement, as well as other elements, such as images and URLs.
