Contents of the Goal Progress Report

View appraisal goals including their current status, dates, and progress.

Section

Select criteria to use to narrow goals shown on the report based on filter criteria.

Field Description
Company Select the company. Depending on how the company is configured, you may be able to select a Division and Department as well.

Managers and administrators see a table for each section of the appraisal, with the competencies/goals/skills listed along with each rater’s scores. Depending on your organization’s settings, employees may see the same information.

For each item, you can see the employee’s Overall Score.

Managers Click Select Manager and use search criteria to select one or more managers.
Employees Click Select Employee and use search criteria to select one or more employees.
Status Select a status.
Related Goal Click Browse and select a related goal to narrow results.
Include Terminated Employees Click this option to include goals for terminated employees.
Filter Click this button to run a report based on the criteria selected.
