History Tab
If the Core HR module is licensed, Core HR Administrators can view history of changes made to employment details such as Job Title, Pay Rate and Organization.

Data on this tab is not editable, but can be exported by clicking the Download as XLS button.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Job Attribute Drop-Down | Select an attribute to use to filter history results to only information related to the selected attribute. |
Job Attribute | The name of the field or attribute whose history is detailed in the row. For example, Job Title. |
Previous Value | The value assigned to this field prior to the chance. For example, Engineer. |
New Value | The value selected for the field when the change was made. For example, Senior Engineer. |
Effective Date | The date the change goes into effect. |
Reason | The reason for the change. For example, Promotion. |
Date of Change | The date the change was made. This may not be the same as the effective date. Effective dates can be entered as past or future dates. |
User | The employee who made the change. |
Download as XLS | Click to download the history data as an XLS file. |
