  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Successors Course Completion Report

View participants in the selected succession plan and the completion date of the selected course(s).

Contents

This report lists the participants in the selected succession plan and shows the completion date of the selected course(s). To run the report, select Course(s) from the list. To select more than one course, press and hold the CTRL key on the keyboard while clicking the courses using the mouse. Courses can also be found by entering a Course Keyword or selecting any Skills and/or Competencies listed that would be taught in the course. Select the Succession Plan from the list provided and click the Search button. A Succession Plan and Courses are the only 2 elements that must be picked to run the report.

The results show three groups, the Incumbent(s), Plan Participants and the employees In [the] Talent Pool. The selected Course(s) are shown in columns, and the completion date is displayed in the course column if the individual has completed the course. If not completed, an N/A will be displayed. The report can be downloaded in CSV, PDF, or XLS format by clicking the appropriate download format link. Return to the list of reports by clicking the Reports link from the More Options menu.
