Edit Tasks
Use this screen to edit tasks.
To edit tasks:
- On the My Tasks screen, locate the task that you want to edit.

In theActions column, click
Edit.

Edit the following fields, as needed.
- Description: Update the purpose of this task.
- Due Date:
Click
and select the date when the task needs to be completed.
- Is Required: Select this if the task is not optional and must be completed by the Assignees.
- Is Private: Select this if the task should be visible to stakeholders only.
- Is Group: Select to set this as a group task.

Edit the Stakeholders table, as needed.
- From the
Actions
column, click
to remove a stakeholder.
- Click Add More Stakeholdersto search for and select users.
- From the
Actions
column, click
- Click Save.
