Create a New Workflow

Follow these steps to create a new workflow.

To create new workflows:

  1. Click to display the Administration screen.
  2. In the Performance > Appraisals section, click Workflows.
  3. On the Workflows screen, click Create New Workflow.
  4. Perform the steps in the multi-step wizard for each of the following steps:
    • Step 1: Identification

    • Step 2: Categories

    • Step 3: Content

    • Step 4: Scale

    • Step 5: Phases

    • Step 6: Configuration

    • Step 7: Appraisers

    • Step 8: Approvals

    • Step 9 Approval Order

    • Step 10: Scheduling

    • Step 11: Review

  5. When done, click Finish.
