Software Issues Resolved
This section describes the software issues resolved in this release. Some descriptions might contain additional information, including ways on how to work around the defects.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2500782
Description: This update addressed an issue on the Mass Document Reassignment screen (Access Control » General » Mass Document Reassignment) where querying an inactive Login ID did not return the expected Assigned To » Person value. This affected the reassignment of documents when the original assignee no longer has an active account or had left the company. With this update, when users perform a query by selecting Assigned To on the Mass Document Reassignment screen, the application will now display both active and inactive Approval Groups and Login IDs. Please note that inactive Login IDs and Approval Groups will only be visible within the Mass Document Reassignment screen. This fix will not affect any other screens or modules that use the View Person / Approval Groups Find form.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2521524
Description: This update resolves an issue in the UI Configuration » Audit Results tab of the Audit Type screen (Audit Management » Administration » Set Up » Audit Type) that affected one Business Unit (BU) but not others. Previously, this tab displayed incorrectly and prevented the movement of fields. With this update, the screen now loads without console errors, and users can drag and drop UI Configuration fields as intended.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2501994
Description: This update addressed an issue in the Audit Management (AM) module where users in Auditor and Audit Approver security groups were able to edit completed records contrary to access control restrictions. Specifically, selecting the Unapprove Record option on a completed record enabled users to edit it. This fix ensures that AM records marked as Unapproved remain in Read-Only status and are not editable by users.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2499450
Description: This update addressed an issue where comments entered in the Product/Complaint and Evaluation tabs of the Complaint Handling screen (Complaint Handling » Process » Complaint Handling) were not included in the generated report from the Download Report Modal. With this release, the CH reports now correctly print images and tables from Memo texts in the reports.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2495954
Description: This update addressed an issue where users encountered an "Unauthorized access" error when attempting to access the Pop-Up Details tab on CA Type screen (Corrective Action » Administration » Module Setup » CA Type). This release ensures that the Pop-Up Details tab is accessible, even if the selected NC Type lacks access or is set to View-Only mode.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2505256
Description: This update addressed an issue in the Document Management (DM) module where executing a query resulted in the error message: "Cannot invoke 'java.util.Map.containsKey(Object)' because 'loadOptions' is null." This fix implements validation mechanisms to avoid null pointer exceptions, ensuring that queries in DM functioned properly.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2492432
Description: This update resolved an issue on the Document Management screen (Document Management » Process » Document Management) that prevented users with the appropriate permissions from adding documents. Affected users received the following error message: "Unauthorized Access." This fix ensures that the application properly enforces the Menu Item Access configuration for the corresponding DM Type.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2521345
Description: This update resolves an issue where the Criteria Status drop-down list on the GT Process screen (Gage/Tool Management » Process » GT Process) was not displaying values for multiple user accounts, despite being visible for other users. With this fix, the Criteria Status values now populate correctly upon initiating a GT record.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2513944
Description: This update resolved an issue where reports generated from the PM Schedule screen (Gage/Tool Management » Reports » PM Schedule) were lacking Stockroom Location data and contained inaccuracies in Subcounts. This update ensures that the information provided in generated reports is both comprehensive and accurate.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2516577
Description: This update resolved an issue where the database fields NC Drawing Number (NONCONFORM.NC_DRAW_NUM) and NC Drawing Revision (NONCONFORM.NC_DRAW_REV) were not included in the Column Chooser options of the View Indenture Modal (Serialized Test & Inspection » Process » Traceable Configuration » Details Tab » View Indenture). This prevented these fields from being included in the Indentured View Report. With this update, these fields will now be displayed in the View Indenture Modal grid whenever a Nonconformance row is present in the Indentured Grid list. Additionally, they will be included in the View Indenture Report CSV file whenever the file contains one or more Nonconformance rows, ensuring complete and accurate reporting.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2504936
Description: This update addresses issues related to account access for users with dual access accounts. Previously, when logging in via Single Sign-On (SSO), users were redirected to their inactive accounts instead of their active accounts, resulting in View-Only access. This has been addressed, ensuring that SSO directs you to your active account and prevents logins from inactive accounts. Additionally, an error message appeared when users attempted to add a Login Alias that matched an inactive Login ID, which prevented the creation of the alias due to a duplicate ID conflict. This issue has also been resolved, allowing users to add Login Aliases seamlessly.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2492434
Description: This update addressed an issue where submitting a Change Event for QA Approval resulted in the status reverting from Submitted to New upon re-querying the Manufacturing Order. This reversal hindered the completion of the Change Event and placed the Production Manufacturing Order on hold. This fix includes a database script that ensures that any approval issues in Work Instructions have been effectively addressed.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2489992
Description: This update addressed an issue where, when you clicked Copy Header on the Specific Attachments tab of the Specific Criteria screen (In-Process Inspection » Administration » General » Specific Criteria and Receiving Inspection » Administration » General Specific Criteria), attachments and instructions from the previous criteria were copied to the new criteria.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2493759
Description: This update addressed several performance issues that arose when multiple users were logged in simultaneously, which sometimes resulted in the "Page Unresponsive" error. Enhancements include optimized loading and memory usage, streamlined save and update processes, and improved keyboard typing functionality, all aimed at delivering a smoother user experience.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2503516
Description: This update addresses an issue with email notifications for escalations and alerts. Previously, clicking a notification link for a record outside your default Child Business Unit (CBU) led to an empty document in your default CBU rather than the specified CBU. With this update, navigation across CBUs is now accurate. Additionally, Single Sign-On (SSO) users are directed to the specified business unit when accessing the application via an email notification link.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2516648
Description: This update addressed an issue where the parameter Require Text to be Entered in the Results Field did not function as expected. When you clicked Accept All and Complete or Inspection Complete in the Inspection tab of the In-Process Inspection screen (In-Process Inspection » Process » In-Process Inspection), the application displayed a warning message: "Result text has not been entered on criteria (DFLT)." This occurred even when attachments and comments were present in the Results Remarks field. This occurred for both newly created and existing records in W and S statuses. With this update, the warning no longer appears when comments exist in the Results Remarks field, ensuring accurate validation during inspection completion.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2490008
Description: This update addressed an issue in the Abbreviated Summary Report where the Result/Attribute column did not display the expected values and appeared blank after the inspection criteria were completed. The report now correctly displays the actual measurements for Variable Actual value when the Criteria Type is V (Variable) and shows the Pass/Fail value when the Criteria Type is A (Attribute). This update applies to the Abbreviated Summary Report option when you generate reports from the Download Reports modal of the In-Process Inspection screen (In-Process Inspection » Process » In-Process Inspection » Download Report Modal » Report Layout Section » Abbreviated Summary Report).
Deltek Tracking Number: 2509057
Description: This update resolved an issue in the Specific Criteria screen (In-Process Inspection » Administration » General » Specific Criteria » Specific Criteria Tab) where the Criteria Instruction field became uneditable after saving specific criteria, while other form fields remained editable. This update restores full functionality, allowing users to edit the Criteria Instruction field after saving.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2484637
Description: This update corrects an error in the
TIP Generic Interface Configuration and User Guide regarding the
Warehouse field, which was incorrectly described as
Not Null False and not utilized for validation. Applicable in the area of
Access Control » Set Up » Business Unit » Interface Tab » Work Order Agent, this update clarifies that the application stores
NULL values in the database instead of whitespace characters when the
Warehouse field contains only spaces.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2513285
Description: This update resolved an issue on the In-Process Inspection screen (In-Process Inspection » Process » In-Process Inspection) where creating a new record required multiple clicks on certain fields. Additionally, the Criteria field in the Inspection tab did not load promptly. This update enhances system responsiveness, ensuring that fields respond to the first click and that criteria load without delay when creating new records.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2495751
Description: This update addressed an issue where Corrective Action (CA) Task Plan Templates did not auto-populate data as intended. Specifically, when a Corrective Action was added and moved to Task Planning, the corresponding Task Plan was not displayed on the grid. This fix ensures that the following parameters are enforced for improved functionality and clarity in the Task Planning process:
- If the Consolidate Task Plan work to a single Task Plan separated by CA Letter parameter is disabled for the CA Type, each CA Letter will receive its own auto-inserted task plan, provided there is only one Task Plan Template linked to that CA Type.
- If the Consolidate Task Plan work to a single Task Plan separated by CA Letter parameter is enabled, only a single task plan is auto-inserted for that CA Letter, p rovided there is only one Task Plan Template linked to that CA Type.
It is important to note that the corresponding CA Type parameter and Task Plan Template configurations can be found here:
- Consolidate Task Plan work to a single Task Plan separated by CA Letter: Corrective Action » Administration » Module Setup » CA Type » Activation Tab » Task Planning Section » Allow Editing of Detail Task Planning Date Completed
- Task Plan Template: Corrective Action » Administration » Module Setup » CA Type » CA Type Relations Tab » Task Plan Template Subtab
Deltek Tracking Number: 2495755
Description: This update resolved an issue that previously hindered users from using the magnification buttons on visible attachments. When attachments were expanded, the content appeared out of view, making it difficult for inspectors to scroll or zoom in or out. With this update, users can now effectively zoom in and out on the visible images.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2494607
Description: This update addressed an issue where nonconforming quantities were inaccurately calculated when multiple Work Orders or Receivers were added and managed on a Nonconformance record, particularly if they were serialized. Since the fields were non-editable, manual corrections were not possible, requiring you to void and restart the entire process in order to remove or re-adding Work Orders. This update ensures accurate calculations, proper management of multiple work orders, and displays all relevant Work Orders and Receivers in the report.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2499492
Description: This update resolved an issue where Work Orders linked to a Nonconformance record were inaccessible due to an unresponsive

(
Find Work Order) button, which hindered the visibility of associated Work Orders. With this update, users can now successfully search for associated Work Orders in all statuses. However, modifications to the
Work Order field are permitted only when the Nonconformance status is set to
New. Additionally, the Work Orders must have Serial Numbers in order to be added. A warning message will appear if a selected Work Order has fewer Serial Numbers than the Order Quantity: "The Selected Work Order does not have all Serial Numbers allocated to the Work Order, so it cannot be added to the NC at this time."
Deltek Tracking Number: 2452723
Description: This update addressed issues in the Nonconformance (NC) approval process, where NC records closed automatically after all approvals were completed, bypassing the expected WCL status. The application was enhanced to ensure proper status progression, preventing the automatic transition of NC records from WA status to CLS status when the NC Type was configured to first progress to WCL status.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2498688
Description: This update resolved an issue where the Reverse button was incorrectly enabled on tabs of the Nonconformance screen despite not being applicable to the current Status. When users clicked the Reverse button on the Disposition tab, the status advanced to WD instead of reversing it as intended. Similarly, clicking Reverse on the Approval tab changed the status to WA. This update ensures that the Reverse button is now activated only on the relevant tabs and performs the expected reversal actions.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2495968
Description: This update addressed an issue where the
Work Order field was disabled, which prevented users from logging a work order. Clicking

(
Add Record) or

(
Find Work Order) yielded no response. With this update, users can now successfully add and save Work Orders.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2499500
Description: This update addressed an issue on the Receiving Inspection Maintenance screen (Receiving Inspection » Administration » General » Receiving Inspection Maintenance) where data entered in the Part Number and Supplier fields were not retained when navigating between fields while creating a new record.
This update applies to the following modules: Change Management, Failure Mode & Effects, Nonconformance, Receiving Inspection, and Risk Management. It ensures consistent functionality and reliability by preserving the values in Purchase Order fields when creating a new record.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2500796
Description: This update resolved an issue in the Criteria tab of the RI Parameters screen (Receiving Inspection » Administration » Module Setup » RI Parameters). Previously, enabling the Auto Expand Criteria Instructions if they are larger than the Instruction Text Area option caused the screen to flash if the instructions exceeded the size of the Instructions text area. This also led to improper grid display and caused some columns to disappear.
With this fix, the
Instruction text area now displays properly. Additionally, it resolves an issue related to searching for Receiving Inspection (RI) records. Previously, when users clicked
Preview Criteria with multiple criteria selected, the
Instruction text area did not refresh when they changed their selection from the criteria grid.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2521525
Description: This update resolved an issue where the Initiate button for Receipts in Waiting status, as well as those reversed from Started back to Waiting, appeared available but did not function as expected. When a record in Waiting status was selected and the Initiate button was clicked, no action occurred. This issue was confined to one specific Business Unit (BU) and did not impact others. With this update, the Initiate button now operates as intended.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2491420
Description: This update resolved an issue where attempting to skip a Lot sent for inspection due to missing Trace data resulted in duplicated criteria and multiple copies. This caused the Skip Lot function to fail, leaving only the Continue option operational. This issue was encountered in the Skip Lot screen (Receiving Inspection » Administration » General » Skip Lot » Skip Lot Tab). With this update, when a Receiving Inspection is eligible to be skipped, the Skip Lot modal now displays correctly after you complete the Set Inspection Parameters modal.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2514013
Description: This update addressed an issue where the calculation of Mean values in the Receiving Inspection screen (Receiving Inspection » Process » Receiving Inspection » Criteria Tab) and In-Process Inspection screen (In-Process Inspection » Process » In-Process Inspection » Criteria Tab) did not execute properly. This fix ensured that Mean values are calculated correctly and displayed in the Mean column for both screens.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2482330
Description: This update addressed an issue where querying for the Next Operation in the Traceable Element Transaction process (TIPSFE » Shop Floor Execution » Process » Shop Floor » Transactions Tab » Traceable Element Transactions Panel) resulted in an error. This fix adjusts the Query filter logic to ensure the proper processing of the Next Operation criteria.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2476215
Description: This update resolved inconsistencies in Vendor status across various tabs of the Supplier Master screen (
Supplier Management » Process » Supplier Master). Previously, the Query and Status Update tabs displayed a Vendor as
Approved while the General tab indicated it as
Unapproved. Now, when you change the supplier status, all tabs are updated immediately, removing the need to refresh the data.
New Features and Enhancements
This section describes the new features and enhancements included in this release.
Legacy User Pop-Up Feature Migration to TIP Web
This enhancement migrates several Legacy pop-up screens to the latest version of TIP Technologies. The updated pop-ups will maintain the familiar layout of the original screens while featuring a redesigned interface and improved functionality.
To enable the pop-ups, navigate to the Pop Up Details tab of the following screens:
- NC Type (TIPQA » Nonconformance » Set Up » NC Type)
- CA Type (TIPQA » Corrective Action » Module Setup » CA Type)
Additionally, new options have been added to the Pop Up Setup screen (Master Data » Pop Up » Pop Up Setup). These options allow administrators to manage various drop-down data elements for the pop-ups, including configurable drop-down fields, similar to the functionality found in the Legacy versions of the TIP Technologies platform.
Once configured, the pop-ups will appear in either the Corrective Action screen (Corrective Action » Process » Corrective Action) or the Nonconformance screen (Nonconformance » Process » Nonconformance).
The following legacy pop-ups have been successfully migrated:
Corrective Action Module
| Pop Up ID | Description |
|---|
| Pop Up ID 56: CA ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POPUP | If enabled on the Pop Up Details tab of the CA Type screen, this screen will appear on the Discrepancy and Corrective Action tabs of the Corrective Action screen. It is designed to collect additional data necessary for Environmental Health and Safety related Corrective Action documents. |
Nonconformance Module
| Pop Up ID | Description |
|---|
| Pop Up ID 44: NC GENERIC POPUP (4) | If enabled on the Pop Up Details tab of the NC Type screen, this screen will appear on the Create/Pre Disposition, Disposition, Cause/Corrective Action, and Closure tabs of the Nonconformance screen. It is designed to collect data on the Operator Hours spent on correcting Nonconformance Defect Dispositions. |
| Pop Up ID 45: DEVICE HISTORY RECORD POPUP | If enabled on the Pop Up Details tab of the NC Type screen, this screen will appear on the Identification and Create/Pre Disposition tabs of the Nonconformance screen. It is designed to gather data for thorough investigations of complaints. |
Seamless Email Record Link Navigation
This enhancement improves how links to TIP records in email notifications and alerts function in your browser. When you click a link for a TIP record in the email, the system checks your active login session. If you are logged in and the record belongs to your Business Unit, it will open directly in a new browser tab without requiring re-authentication.
If the record is from a different Business Unit, you will see a warning message: "The Business Unit of your current session ‘XXX’ does not match the Business Unit ‘YYY’ for this email record and cannot be launched." You can click OK to close the message and cancel the action. If you are not logged in, the link will redirect you to the login screen as before.
This enhancement streamlines your access to records in automated notifications and alerts by eliminating unnecessary login steps when possible.
New Date Inspection Completed Field in Query Builder for the In-Process Inspection Module
You can now filter inspections more accurately in the In-Process Inspection module using the new Date Completed field in the Query Builder tab of the In-Process Inspection screen (In-Process Inspection » Process » In-Process Inspection). This enhancement allows you to filter and retrieve inspections based on their completion dates, eliminating the need for workarounds, like using the Date Started field.
The Date Completed field is available in the Query Element filter of the Query Builder and supports a variety of comparison operators, including:
- Is on
- Is before
- Is after
- Is between
- In past days
- In next days
- Before x to y days
- After x to y days
- Before x to after y days
- Which is blank
- Which is not blank
You can manually enter a date or use the Date Picker control to select a date for the Query Value field. Please note that the application evaluates only the date value of the Date Completed field during query execution, disregarding the time component. This field sources its data directly from the IP_RECORD.DATE_COMPLETED column in the database, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
Software Issues Resolved
This section describes the software issues resolved in this release. Some descriptions might contain additional information, including ways on how to work around the defects.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2476177
Description: This update addressed an issue in the Access Control (AC) module where updating the Login ID incorrectly triggered an error message stating that no Personnel ID was entered, even when the Personnel ID was visible in the Header. This release ensures consistent functionality between the Training Management (TM) and Access Control (AC) modules. Now, when you create a Personnel record on the Personnel Master screen (Training Management » Process » Personnel Master) using an existing Login ID, the correct Personnel ID will appear in the Header of the Login ID screen (Access Control » Process » Login ID), regardless of whether it was linked manually through the AC screen. Additionally, if you manually enter a Personnel ID on the Login ID screen and click the Save button, the application will no longer display the error message. Also, using the Find form to select a Personnel ID will properly populate the Header field with the selected ID.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2472199

Deltek Tracking Number:Description: This update addressed an issue in the Next Start Time field located on the Schedule sub tab of the Business Unit screen (Access Control » Set Up » Business Unit » CRON Scheduler » Email » Escalation » Schedule). Previously, the field displayed a runtime of 7:00 AM, but the process executed at 2:00 AM due to a time zone mismatch. The fix ensures that the application accurately populates the Next Start Time field based on the specified Interval and Schedule Type.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2474468
Description: This update addressed an issue in the Audit Management module where the Reverse button was disabled when you attempted to reverse closed Audits. When you enabled the Require Approval of an Audit Prior to Completion parameter for an Audit Type, the Reverse button did not appear, even if you had the appropriate permissions and selected an Audit marked as Complete. This fix ensures that the Reverse button becomes avaiable for selected Audit records with status S or C when you have the required permissions. When no record is selected, such as during initial navigation to the Audits tab, the button remains hidden.
Deltek Tracking Number:
Description: This update resolved an issue where generating a linked Corrective Action (CA) from a failed Audit criterion using the Audit Management module redirected you back to the Audit Management screen without creating or displaying the CA record. The fix addressed Flow Over inconsistencies across screens.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2474460
Description: This update addressed an issue where updating a Corrective Action (CA) at WFL status triggered a validation error. With this release, validation errors are now parsed and displayed using clear, user-friendly messages.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2436831
Description: This update addressed the issue where documents uploaded via the Mass Upload feature on the Document Management screen (Document Management » Process » Document Management) were unavailable for selection in the DM Template Toolbar section of the Common Criteria screen (In-Process Inspection » General » Common Criteria). Documents will now properly inherit the Fill-in Template capability based on their DM Type configuration. A conditional check was added to automatically set the isFillInTemplate flag to T (True) for these documents when useAsFillInTemplate is enabled in the DM Type. This update maintains consistency between the DM Type configuration and individual document properties during bulk uploads. Note that to retrieve the list of DM Documents, the document status must be set to REL (Released) only.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2472477

Shrink for the up arrow and
Expand for the down arrow. Additionally, the instruction text remains visible during Grid expansion in the IP and RI modules.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2445700
Description: This update resolved the issue where multi-row Criteria in multi-piece Inspections caused system errors and data resets. Previously, adding measurements to multiple rows resulted in duplicate or invalid Serial Number errors, which hindered the inspection process and created duplicate entries. With this release, you now experience improved validation behavior:
- Serial Numbers for the same piece are accepted across rows.
- Duplicate Serial Numbers across different pieces are flagged without affecting valid data.
The validation logic was refined to accurately compare pieces, and the system behavior of clearing serial numbers was modified to ensure that existing data is preserved.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2475326
Description: This update resolved an issue where clicking the Accept All Open and Complete button during Lot Code Inspection triggered an incorrect Serial Number warning message. This warning was intended to appear only when saving on the Inspection tab.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2493567
Description: This update addressed an issue where the Specific Number of Rows parameter in the Preload Data Capture Grid group box did not save correctly when a value was entered. When you updated the criteria settings in the In-Process Inspection (IP) or Receiving Inspection (RI) modules, the system failed to retain the entered row count, which resulted in inconsistent behavior across the following screens in both modules:
- Default Criteria
- Common Criteria
- Specific Criteria
This release ensures that the Preload Data Capture Grid settings are preserved as expected. Additionally, the Number of Rows Per Piece field will clear appropriately when you change the Measurement Type or Preload Data Capture Grid settings, enhancing consistency and reliability in data capture.

Deltek Tracking Number: 2472945
Description: This update addressed several issues with the Purge Record functionality across all integration interfaces. It resolved the accumulation of row locks that had delayed Work Order processing during deletions and addressed insufficient tablespace in the Oracle database, which caused ORA-01654 and ORA-01653 errors. Additionally, the update corrected errors in the Auto-Assign feature for Work Order Serial Numbers when parts were not traced and eliminated disruptions in the Work Order interface data that required manual intervention to clear locks.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2483550
Description: This update addressed an issue that allowed users to edit and close Corrective Action (CA) and Nonconformance (NC) records in WCL status that were not assigned to them. Previously, the modules did not consistently validate User assignments or Approval Group membership when processing CA and NC records. With this release, the Process button is available only to authorized users. The modules now accurately check both User assignments and Approval Group memberships. When the Restrict closure editing to Assigned To Group/User setting is enabled, only the assigned user or a member of the assigned Approval Group can process the CA or NC. If the setting is disabled, standard permission rules apply based on User roles and module access.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2452664
Description: This update addressed an issue where attempting to process a Discrepancy Report (DR) in the Nonconformance (NC) Interface Agent triggered an exception. When you brought an NC record into the application from the interface, the system displayed the error: "Error creating bean with name scopedTarget.UserInfo: Scope session is not active for the current thread.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2454355
Description: This update resolved an issue in the Nonconformance (NC) module where the report selection list appeared empty during report creation. When users attempted to initiate the report creation process, the application failed to populate the available reports for emailing to Suppliers. This release ensured that the report selection grid loaded correctly.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2450870
Description: This update resolved an issue where, when you selected a Nonconformance (NC) record on the Menu Item Access screen (Access Control » Process » Menu Item Access) and entered a Location Code, the Bin Location Code field did not automatically populate. The Bin Location Code field now auto-populates when you enter a Location Code. If multiple Bin Locations exist, the application will provide options for selection.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2454323
Description: This update addressed an issue where printing a Nonconformance (NC) report in New status caused the text after a page break to be omitted in the printout. The fix ensured that the Part Revision field label and its value appeared on the same line in the report.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2483402
Description: This update resolved an issue where the pop-up did not correctly handle Discrepancies that contained double letters. When you opened the pop-up to update a Discrepancy labeled with double letters, such as AA, it reverted to a single-letter value, like A. This behavior hindered the application's ability to capture and process double-letter Discrepancies.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2473045
Description: This update addressed an issue where manually created Tasks in Task Plans were all assigned a Sequence Number of 1. When you added Tasks manually, the application did not increment Sequence Numbers, causing Tasks to be sorted alphabetically when processed into the Nonconformance (NC) module. This disrupted the intended Task order and affected usability. With this release, Sequence Numbers now increment correctly when you manually create Tasks, ensuring that Tasks are sorted in the intended order when transferred to the NC module.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2474470
Description: This update resolved an issue where you encountered a "customer is null" error message after querying Receiving Inspection (RI) records. This error was caused by a blank Customer field, affecting all RI records. With this release, a null safety check has been implemented when retrieving data for the Customer field, effectively eliminating the error and improving overall functionality.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2456598
Description: This update addressed an issue where First Article Information (FAI) information did not populate in AS9102 reports.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2472934
Description: This update addresses an issue in the Receiving Inspections screen (Receiving Inspections » Process » Receiving Inspection) where clicking on RI/NC History in the Results tab unexpectedly opened the Initiate modal after completing the first Receiving Inspection. Additionally, when you created a Receiver for the same Part Number and searched for Inspections in Waiting status, the displayed criteria were incorrect and included results that had been previously entered. This fix ensures that clicking OK on the RI/NC History modal properly closes the modal without triggering any additional screens.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2082463
Description: This update resolved an issue where the Reversal Comments in the Reversal / Closure Edit Comment field did not display on the Receiving Inspection Maintenance screen (Receiving Inspection » Administration » General » Receiving Inspection Maintenance). With this release, when you reverse records from C to S Status and add Reversal Comments, those comments now appear in the Audit Trail Modal.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2463316
Description: This update resolved an issue where running a large Query would automatically select the first record. This required you to manually unselect it and choose your intended record before accessing the Identification tab to view it. Additionally, there was an issue where double-clicking a record did not take you to the Identification tab as expected. This release improves the validation logic and error handling, allowing records with incomplete PO data to bypass validation.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2460717
Description: This update addressed an issue where completing a Task resulted in a "Could not execute statement" error. This occurred when required fields such as Risk, PAOI, or Severity were missing, and the application prompted you to enter a value. After confirming the validation warning, the system triggered multiple asynchronous events that attempted to save the Task Plan simultaneously. These overlapping Save operations caused duplicate entries in the Task History table, resulting in a database error. The fix ensured that you could update, save, complete, or reopen Task Plans without encountering any errors.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2460714
Description: This update addressed an issue where enabling the Show Line Detail setting in a Query containing multiple Tasks returned no results. The application now assigns Serial Numbers based on the Bills of Material (BOM) configuration.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2479621
Description: This update addressed an issue where using the Run Once option for Letter Distribution triggered a CRON error. When you executed the process, the system failed to create the scopedTarget.UserInfo bean due to an inactive session scope, resulting in an exception. This release ensures proper handling of Business Unit logic during Letter Distribution. When fetching the Supplier list, the application now determines Supplier Status and MRP Status by first checking for a value in the SR_STATE_CHANGE.NEW_STATUS field and, if that is unavailable, falling back to the G_VENDOR.V_STATUS field. Additionally, the N/A Site Code is only evaluated when the Business Unit is not managed by Site Code, ensuring accurate filtering. These updates effectively prevent CRON errors and support consistent execution of the Letter Distribution process.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2331817
Description: This update corrected an issue where the Accumulated Time value on a Material label was displayed incorrectly when the Remaining Mechanical Life minutes were extended during a Requalification. New Features and Enhancements
This section describes the new features and enhancements included in this release.
Detection and Management of Duplicate Login Sessions
When a TIP user attempts to log in from a different device or browser while an active session is already open on either TIPQA or TIPSFE, the system will detect the existing session and display a warning message. This message notifies the user that proceeding with the login will sign them out of the other session and requests confirmation. If the user agrees, the system will log them out of the original session, release the associated license, and allow the login on the new device. This enhancement ensures that users maintain only one active session at a time, improving security and optimizing license usage.
Enhanced Find Form Modal Usability
The Find Form modal now opens with a default height that displays 8-10 rows, improving visibility and minimizing the need for scrolling. Users can adjust the modal's size both vertically and horizontally by dragging its edges, with resizing limited to the browser viewport to avoid overflow issues. Upon opening, the modal automatically positions itself to ensure it remains fully visible on the screen, regardless of its size. Additionally, if a user resizes the modal during a session, the new size and position will be retained when the same Find Form is reopened, providing a consistent experience.

No Criteria Status entry on Criteria Code (JZSMOKE.OP TESTJWO)." This error prevented the generation of NC records until all inspection criteria from the In-Process inspection within TIP SFE were marked as Completed. In this release, the Validation tab of the IP Type Parameters screen (TIPSFE » Shop Floor Execution » Set Up » IP Type Parameters) has been updated. The parameter, Warn User If All Required Information Needed for Inspection Completion does not Exist Prior to NC Generation, has been changed from a checkbox into a Standard NMP (No Message, Message, Prevent) parameter. As a result, the behavior when clicking the Create NC button will now depend on the value of that parameter.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2435851
Description: This update addressed an issue where you were unable to approve a Work Order Change Event. New Features and Enhancements
This section describes the new features and enhancements included in this release.
New Print Criteria Only Setting for Receiving Inspection Report Downloads
The Report modal of the Receiving Inspection screen (Receiving Inspection » Process » Receiving Inspection » Download Report) now features a Print Criteria Only option. This feature enables users to generate streamlined PDF reports focused exclusively on inspection criteria, omitting unrelated data for improved clarity and relevance. The result is a simplified, criteria-centric report ideal for audits, documentation, or manual recording.
This option is available when the Include Inspection Criteria on Report setting is enabled and if the Report Type is set to Print Current Record. Its functionality will adjust based on the Receipt Status to ensure that only relevant criteria are included.
For Receipt Status W (Waiting), the option is enabled by default when an Inspection Plan is loaded, such as during criteria previews, but you can unselect it if you wish. If no Inspection Plan is loaded, the option will be disabled. For Receipt Status S (Started) or C (Completed), the option is unselected by default, but you can enable it to print the Receipt's Inspection Plan.
When the option is enabled, the report will only include key Inspection Plan data and Header details, such as Receiver Number, Part Number, Part Revision, Part Group, Inspection Plan PO Number, PO Line, Commodity Code, Supplier, Site Code, and Manufacturer, provided these fields are populated. It will also include criteria-specific attachments, Asset Number listings, graphic images, and SQL queries, assuming the appropriate settings are enabled. To avoid conflicting outputs, options for purchasing details and barcode printing are automatically disabled when this report is generated.
Enhanced Pagination and Record Navigation in Grids
We have implemented Pagination across key grids to load data in smaller sets, improving performance and responsiveness when working with large queries. This update reduces system strain and enhances overall user experience. You can now customize how many records display per page in grids, choosing from 20, 50, or 100items. Your preference is saved across sessions, creating a more organized view and faster access to relevant data. The current page is clearly indicated, and you can navigate between pages easily using the arrow keys or by entering a specific page number. Search results default to sorting from Newest to Oldest, but you can adjust this as needed.
This feature is available on the following screens:
- GT Asset Transaction (Gage/Tool Management » Process » Asset Transaction)
- GT Master (Gage/Tool Management » Process » GT Master)
- GT Process (Gage/Tool Management » Process » GT Process)
- Personnel Master (Training Management » Process » Training Master)
- Personnel to Skill Relation (Training Management » Process » Personnel to Skill Relation)
This feature is accessible in areas of the system that use the Lookup functionality for searching in the fields specified below. Please note that the implementation of this feature across all areas of TIP Technologies is still in progress, so you may find some sections that have not yet adopted it. Additionally, TIP does not retain Find Form settings, so the default page size will always be 100, and any adjustments to grid order or column visibility will not be saved.

- Contract
- Project
This enhancement introduces the following key changes:
- Improved Record Count Display: The grid Footer shows the total number of results from your search, not just those on the current page, providing better visibility into your dataset. This total updates automatically when you apply filters.
- Multi-Select Functionality: Select multiple records and retain your selections across pages. The details of the selected records will appear in the Header, and the total count will show in the grid Footer as Selected Rows #.
- Improved Navigation Between Selected Records: Use the Navigator buttons to move between selected records in Detail View. Your selections remain active across pages, allowing you to move back and forth without losing context, unless you switch to a different page or screen. If you unselect the only selected record on a page, the Header will update to display your most recent remaining selection while the current page remains unchanged. If you select a single record, it will load in the Header, and unselecting it retains your last selection in the Header.
- Automatic Refresh on New Record Creation: After creating a new record, the List tab refreshes automatically to show the latest entries. The new record appears at the top unless a filter is applied that excludes it.
- Updated Printing Options: You now have more control over what you print:
Option | Description |
Print Current Record | Print only the record currently loaded in the header |
Print Selected Record(s) | Print all the records you have selected in the grid |
Print All Records in Current Query | Print every record that matches your search criteria |
Print List of All Records in Current Query | Print a compact list of all matching records |

Software Issues Resolved
This section describes the software issues resolved in this release. Some descriptions might contain additional information, including ways on how to work around the defects.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2389224
Description: When you completed a Change Management task, the task remained editable. This allowed you to update various details, such as the description, attachments, Task Code, instructions, results, completion percentage and the Assigned User. This affected the Task Planning modal in the following modules: Change Management, Failure Mode & Effects, Risk Management, Document Management, Corrective Action, Nonconformance, and Advanced Product Quality.
This update includes the following validations when selecting multiple tasks:
- You can only select either Open tasks or Completed tasks, but not both at the same time.
- The Unselect All check box becomes available once you select all the tasks in the list.
- To use the Select All check box, all the tasks must be of the same type: either all Open or all Completed.
- If you select a combination of task types, the Select All check box will be unavailable, and only the currently selected task type will be selected.
- To change the selection type, single-click on a different type of task.
- In the Failure Mode & Effects module and the Risk Management module, you can only select one task plan at a time. These modules do not support the selection of multiple tasks.
This release also updates the Delete functionality by allowing only open tasks to be deleted. Completed tasks cannot be deleted.
This update also includes the following validations for the Complete/Reopen functionality:
- When you select multiple tasks with a status of either Completed or Closed, clicking the Complete/Reopen button will update the status of those rows to either Open or Completed.
- Please note that for the Corrective Action and Advanced Product Quality modules, selecting multiple tasks will disable the Complete/Reopen button. While these modules do support the multi-select functionality, it is not available for completing or reopening multiple tasks at the same time.

Software Issues Resolved
This section describes the software issues resolved in this release. Some descriptions might contain additional information, including ways on how to work around the defects.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2392760
Description: The Access Type column on the Menu Item Access screen (Access Control » Process » Menu Item Access) required you to save each modified line individually, making the process of editing multiple lines time-consuming. The screen did not allow you to update several rows at once. While you could use the arrow keys to navigate, this caused the view to jump, complicating the task of locating the highlighted line and often requiring the use of the scroll bar.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2362500
Description: When you ran a search on the Security Group tab of the Login ID screen (Access Control » Process » Login ID), the search functionality was case-sensitive, returning only results that exactly matched your input in both content and case.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2381892
Description: When you viewed the Business Unit (BU) type for a standalone BU, it incorrectly displayed as CHILD.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2349234
Description: After you clicked on the Menu Item Access tab and returned to the Security Group List tab to initiate another Copy Wizard session, the Copy Wizard modal displayed blank drop-down list selections.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2383917
Description: When you tried to enable the MD and UI Administrator parameters in the Current Business Unit tab of the Login ID screen (Access Control » Process » Login ID), the Save button was unavailable. Although adjusting other fields on the form allowed the Save button to become active, the MD and UI Administrator parameters reverted to their unselected state after you saved.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2298023
Description: When you viewed the Approval Group Relations tab, inactive approval groups were listed in the Security Group section.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2272068
Description: The Menu Item Access screen (Access Control » Process » Menu Item Access) required you to save each modified line individually, making the process time-consuming when you needed to edit multiple lines.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2298026
Description: Upon completion of an audit for an Audit Type with Auto Audit scheduling, you observed that the subsequent audit did not update the associated Audit Type Revision as expected. This fix ensures that when the Audit Management (AM) Completion action automatically generates a new AM Record, it will now use the latest active AM Type Revision instead of the AM Type Revision from the current AM Record. Also, when you initiate an audit transition from W to S status, the application will update the associated AM Type Revision to the latest version and modify other relevant fields on the AM Record in accordance with the AM Type.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2285424
Description: When you attempted to create a new Corrective Action record, the Is Master checkbox was not selectable, even though there were two Nonconformance records linked as associated documents.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2184281
Description: When you updated the Date Effectiveness Due field in a Corrective Action record, the application accepted an invalid date format, such as 7/17/0202. This caused the Next Esc Date field to also update with an erroneous date.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2284718
Description: When you attempted to delete a Cause/Corrective Action letter using the

(
Delete Record) button in the Cause/Corrective Action tab of the Corrective Action screen (
Corrective Action » Process » Corrective Action), the button was unavailable.
Deltek Defect Number: 2349996
Description: When you attempted to enable the Use Date Effectiveness Due parameter on the Escalation tab of the CA Type screen (Corrective Action » Module Setup » CA Type » Notifications Tab » Escalations), the parameter did not activate as expected.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2358147
Description: When you used the Link to DM or Obtain DM Template options to attach a document to a Receiving Inspection record, the identifiers did not load in the Query.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2316464
Description: When you uploaded a single document in a Child Business Unit (CBU) with the DM Type configured in the Master Business Unit (MBU), the application generated two separate DM Serial Numbers containing identical information instead of one.
Deltek Defect Number: 2363988
Description: After you upgraded to TIP version 10.18.6, you noticed that email notifications for Document Management (DM) escalations were no longer being sent when documents reached their review dates. This update addresses the issue by realigning the date calculation settings for escalation notifications associated with DM records.
Deltek Defect Number: 2346428
Description: When you tried to initiate the scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) for an asset with two Annual PM types, the Set PM Parameters pop-up forced you to process both PMs at once, preventing you from unselecting one of them.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2008906
Description: When you selected the Standard Asset Number checkbox on the GT Master screen (Gage/Tool Management » Process » GT Master » Standard Asset Number Relation Tab), the + button became expectedly enabled, allowing you to insert Assets into the table.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2375825
Description: When you printed the GT Label, the font size appeared smaller, making the label difficult to read. This affected the following areas:
- Gage/Tool Management » Process » GT Master
- Gage/Tool Management » Process » Transaction Out > Out By Employee Tab
Deltek Tracking Number: 2312634
Description: When you calibrated a tool in the GT Process screen (Gage/Tool Management » Process » GT Process), the Date Started field changed to the next day. The Revised Date field in the Criteria tab also displayed an incorrect date. However, when you used the Timestamp button, it showed the correct date and time in local EST.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2290892
Description: When you searched for Asset Classification using the which contains expression in the Query Builder, the query returned only exact name matches or blank entries.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2358710
Description: In the Gage/Tool Management module, you encountered instances where, after adding tools to a new Asset, the cursor unexpectedly shifted to a different tool line upon reaching a certain number of entries. Additionally, attempts to add tools led to the Save button becoming unresponsive, the Tool line not populating as anticipated, or existing entries being unintentionally overwritten.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2293937
Description: When you clicked on Users Supervised By in the TIPQA Dashboard, deactivated employees were still visible, even though their accounts had been disabled in both the Access Control and Training Management modules.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2363857
Description: When you executed a Query, the application automatically selected the first row from the search results list, rather than allow you the option to choose a row manually. This fix affects all Find forms within the Deltek TIP Technologies platform to enhance user experience.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2255012
Description: The error message for reaching the maximum user limit was not easily noticeable. This update enhances visibility by displaying the error message in a dialog box.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2334473
Description: On the TIPSFE Dashboard, the displayed count in the Work Order Inspection Callboard did not match the list of orders associated with the Approval Group. With this update, the system will adjust the Work Order Callboard Count based on user actions. It will increases or decreases the count when Inspection Type Operation Steps are added, removed, or approved on the Work Instruction screen. Additionally, completing or canceling a Work Order decreases the count for that order, while completing an Inspection Type Operation Step decreases the count for that specific step.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2314804
Description: When you performed a wildcard search in the Part Group field under the Identification tab on the In-Process Inspection screen (In-Process Inspection » Process » In-Process Inspection), the query did not return any results.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2361683
Description: When you canceled the creation of a Nonconformance (NC) record in the In-Processes Inspection (IP) module after selecting the incorrect NC Type, clicking the Done button did not redirect you back to the IP record as expected.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2400318
Description: When you ran the Work Order Inbound interface, errors occurred due to incompatible invalid SQL identifiers.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2257053
Description: When the Receiver Agent was executed, the server CPU usage surged above 90%, resulting in performance issues and blocking across all databases on the server. To ensure a smooth upgrade to the latest version of TIP Technologies, please follow the steps outlined in the
SQL Statements section of the
TIP 10.19 Costpoint Interface Configuration and Usage Guide. Make sure to check the required scripts if you are upgrading.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2302591
Description: You encountered issues with the Routing Inbound Interface. Specifically, when a Deltek Costpoint Part Number that was previously linked to existing Costpoint Routings in TIPQA was used to create a new Routing record with a different Part Revision, the fetch process for this new Routing did not retrieve the Operation Codes from the older Routings.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2334511
Description: On the Supplier Master screen (Supplier Management » Process » Supplier Master), you experienced issues with the Fast Find query form when searching for Vendors imported from Deltek Costpoint. Specifically, certain Vendor names were missing, despite confirmation in the Configure Agents Modal (Access Control » Set Up » Business Unit » Interface Tab » Interface Profiles Section » Configure Agents) that the Vendor had been imported. This issue arose because the Fast Find query was limited to 5,000 results and sorted from oldest to newest. As a result, newly imported Vendors were not displayed unless you entered the exact Vendor Name or ID.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2331167
Description: On the Project screen (Master Data » Master Data » Project), you experienced issues with the Fast Find query form when searching for imported Projects. Newly created Projects were not displayed, and there was no option to search by Creation or Import Date. - Supplier Name
- Supplier Site Name
- SR Category
- City
- State
- Purchasing Contact
- Quality Contact
- Supplier Type

As a result, users often closed the application after waiting 20 to 30 minutes, assuming it was inactive. The data loading into the G_ROUTE_OPERATION_STEPS table showed a gradual increase, with record counts adding approximately one record per minute. For example, copying a plan with 375 operations took over eight hours to complete.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2341241

Description: You encountered an issue while tracking GT Asset Usage using Data Elements for Asset Recording on the Operations tab of the Shop Floor screen (TIPSFE » Shop Floor Execution » Process » Shop Floor » Operations Tab). Specifically, after successfully recording an asset on a Work Order Operation Data Element and completing the operation, the GT Asset Usage recorded the usage correctly. However, when you reversed the operation completion and changed the recorded asset, the GT Asset Usage did not update or indicate that the record had changed, leaving the old asset entry unmodified.
This fix affects the following areas:
- TIPSFE » Shop Floor Execution » Process » Shop Floor » Shop Data Tab
- Gage/Tool Management » Process » GT Master » Asset Usage Tab
- Gage/Tool Management » Process » GT Master » Calibration/Inspection Tab
- Gage/Tool Management » Process » GT Master » Preventive Maintenance Tab

Description: When you created a Data Element in the Child Business Unit that was configured to record Asset usage and selected the Asset Number/Group option to specify allowed Assets, the GT Asset Inventory screen (Gage/Tool Management » Process » Asset Inventory) did not register the asset as being used in that Operation/Work order. However, when you used an "undefined" data element set, the Asset was correctly recorded as used.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2314783

Deltek Tracking Number: 2344151
Description: When you created a Skip Lot In-Process Inspection (IP) for a specific Part Number and Operation Code, and completed a Work Order step for a Qualified Inspection, the qualification on the Skip Lot screen (In-Process Inspection » General » Skip Lot) increased to 1. When you initiated an IP in another work order for the same Part Number and Operation Code, the application displayed a message indicating that a Skip Lot was eligible. After selecting Skip, the IP moved to Completed status. However, the Work Order Operation remained at Started status.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2325574
Description: When you initiated an In-Process inspection with specific Lot expiration criteria, the criteria did not load.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2369057
Description: When you used the Generic Interface for Work Orders, you encountered issues where the STG_WORK_ORDER and STG_WORK_ORDER_ROUTE_HEADER tables populated successfully, and the data appeared in the Work Order agent under the Pending tab of the Maintenance screen.
However, upon populating the STG_WORK_ORDER_OPERATION_STEPS and refreshing the data in the Pending tab, an IllegalArgumentException error occurred.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2325508
Description: When you attempted to link Work Orders from Deltek Costpoint to Manufacturing Plans in TIP Technologies, the link did not function as anticipated. Additionally, you found that the Operation Codes from the Costpoint host were uneditable. Deltek Task Number: 2325596
Description: When you processed a Calibration with a Failure and generated a Nonconformance (NC) record directly from the Calibration Results tab, the NC Number field did not populate on the GT Process screen (Gage/Tool Management » Process » GT Process).
Deltek Tracking Number: 2273263
Description: After you completed a step in the Task Sequence, the application skipped some steps and reassigned the Nonconformance to an assignee several tasks ahead, rather than following the order of the Task Sequence. This required you to manually reassign it to the correct party.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2361649
Description: When you viewed the NC Type grid, duplicate records for NC Types in a child business unit displayed.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2277483:
Description: When you accessed the Criteria tab on the Receiving Inspection screen (Receiving Inspection » Process » Receiving Inspection), the Mean column was missing. You had to add the column through the Column Chooser.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2373474
Description: When you viewed the Common Relations tab, it did not display Commodity to Common Relations information in the data grid, such as the Commodity, Part Group, and Clause Code List. Additionally, there were no headers, which made it difficult to identify which table corresponded to which information group. This fix applies to the Common Relations tab in the following screens:
- Common Criteria (Receiving Inspection » General » Common Criteria)
- Clause to Common Relation (Receiving Inspection » General » Clause to Common Relation)
- Commodity To Common Relation (Receiving Inspection » General » Commodity To Common Relation)
- Part Group to Common Relation (Receiving Inspection » General » Part Group to Common Relation)
Deltek Tracking Number: 2335108
Description: Attempted to modify Disposition Quantities on the Results tab or pass a criteria resulted in the following error message: "org.hibernate.exception.DataException: could not execute statement."
Deltek Tracking Number: 2284593
Description: When you created receipt records in the Receiving Inspection Module, you encountered two issues: First, the application incorrectly assigned AM instead of PM to the Date Created field. Second, the conversion of the Host Last Import Date from GMT to EST was inaccurate. Additionally, there were instances where the time stamp was missing.
This affected the following areas:
- Receiver Agent (Access Control » Set Up » Business Unit » Interface Tab » Receiver Agent)
- Receiving Inspection Maintenance screen (Receiving Inspection » General » Receiving Inspection Maintenance)
- Receiving Inspection screen (Receiving Inspection » Process » Receiving Inspection)
Deltek Tracking Number: 2339841
Description: When you tried to add a Part Number with no Part Revision, you encountered a number of issues:
- The Receiving Inspection (RI) module automatically populated grid fields with either default values or <Null> entries. This caused difficulties when you tried to clear or edit them as the module prevented edits to these fields. For example, the Substitute Value field was automatically populated with default values and did not allow a <Null> entry even if the module was not configured to turn off the use of Part Revisions. Another example was the Part Revision field not being populated based on the entered Part Number or Substitute value across multiple screens.
- A number of tabs, Lookup forms, and modals did not open.
- The module did not load specific criteria based on whether the record's Part Revision field was null.
- There was no warning for a blank Substitute Part Revision if the module was configured to turn off the use of Part Revisions.
This fix affected the following screens:
- RI Parameters (Receiving Inspection » Module Setup » RI Parameters)
- Receiving Inspection (Receiving Inspection » Process » Receiving Inspection)
- Characteristic Management (Receiving Inspection » Process » Characteristic Management)
- Specific Criteria (Receiving Inspection » General » Specific Criteria)
- First Article Inspection (Receiving Inspection » General » First Article Inspection)
- RI Master Relation (Receiving Inspection » General » RI Master Relation)
- Receiving Inspection Maintenance (Receiving Inspection » General » Receiving Inspection Maintenance)
Note that as part of this fix, the Part Revision is field read-only and populated with the Substitute value across specified screens. However, the field is disabled in the RI Initiation modal. Additionally, the field will always be read-only in Sampling tab of the RI Master Relation screen when creating new records.
Deltek Tracking Number: 2259614
Description: When you reversed a Source Inspection that included Traceability, the Serial Number field was cleared. Upon re-initiating the inspection from W to S status, you found there was no option to remove or re-add the Traceability. Despite the Source Inspection Traceability being checked, the serial number was not re-added.
As part of this fix, the following issues were also addressed:
- Traceability validation was not applied after selecting Ok in the Set Inspection Parameters modal, when the Invoke Traceability Control in Receiving Inspection parameter was set to M or P.
- The Add / Remove SN and Add / Remove Traceability buttons were missing for Source Inspection records in the Identification tab of the Receiving Inspection screen (Receiving Inspection » Process » Receiving Inspection).
- The Starting Serial Number and Ending Serial Number fields permitted invalid input, as they did not restrict entries to uppercase alphanumeric characters only in the Add Serials to an Inspection modal.

Item Master Audit Trail
TIP users now have enhanced visibility into changes made in
the Item Master screen, with the addition of an Audit Trail feature. A new
Audit Trail button
has been added to the Header Navigation of the Item Master screen (
Master Data
» Master Data » Item Master). When you click this button, a pop-up will
display the following data segments:
- Part
Number
- Serial
Number Control
- Integration
- Opportunity
Count
- Alternate
Parts
- Related
Segments
- Interval
Control
Each section can be expanded to reveal a table grid that provides
essential audit details.
Bulk Selection for Column Chooser
The Select/Unselect All function is now integrated into
the Column Chooser of the Grid Management system for all grids in TIPQA and
TIPSFE. This enhancement simplifies the process of selecting or clearing column
items to improve the efficiency of your data management.
Enhanced Pagination and Record Navigation in Grids
We have implemented Pagination across key grids to
load data in smaller sets, improving performance and responsiveness when
working with large queries. This update reduces system strain and enhances overall
user experience. You can now customize how many records display per page in grids, choosing from 20, 50, or 100 items.
- Audit Management (Audit Management » Process » Audit Management » Audits Tab)
- Nonconformance (Nonconformance » Process » Nonconformance » List Tab) and (Nonconformance » Process » Nonconformance » Identification Tab » Part Number Find Form)
- Master Data (Master Data » Master Data » Item Master » List Tab)
|

|
|
Print Current Record
|
Print only the record currently loaded in the
header
|
|
Print Selected Record(s)

New SAP ECC Supplier Approvals Interface Agent
A new outbound interface agent for Supplier Approvals has been added on the Business Unit screen (Access Control » Set Up » Business Unit » Interface » SAP ECC Interface Profile » Outbound Agents). This agent is designed to send Supplier Status changes from TIPQA to the Host System by retrieving data changes from the G_HOST_VENDOR_STATUS table. In the event of a record processing failure, the agent will update the ERROR_MSG column and update Transtat with an E (error), allowing users to view it in the Maintenance tab of the ___ screen.
The Options tab will include fields for the Agent Service Name, Allowable Company Codes (referred to as BURKS), and Allowable Purchasing Organizations (designated as EKORG). The Agent Service Name field will automatically populate with the relevant API name upon the agent's creation, while the fields for Company Codes and Purchasing Organizations will be set to read-only status keeping them in sync with the Inbound Vector Agent to prevent unauthorized changes and mixed values.
Additionally, the application is designed to dynamically adjust API calls based on the availability of Company Code and Purchasing Organization information, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with the specified configurations. This enhancement aims to streamline the Supplier Approvals process and improve data integrity during vendor status updates.

The Work Order Instruction screen (TIPSFE » Shop Floor
Execution » Process » Work Instruction) has also been updated. Key changes
include:- Header
Functionality: The previous Header button has been removed, and its
associated fields are now displayed by default for easier access. This updated Work Order Instruction Header includes a
new
Standard List Navigation , making it easier to navigate between Work Orders and refresh
header content when switching between them. - New
Field: A new Change Comments field has been added to the Work Order Instruction
Header. This field displays comments from previous change events. You can edit
or update these comments only when the Work Order Approval Status is set
to NEW. In all other instances, the field will be read-only. Access to view
this field depends on your user account’s access level. The information in this field is included in the fields
monitored by the Work Order Audit Trail feature. Additionally, you can now
apply Change Comments and any attachments from the Parent Work Order to all
Child Work Orders by using the Mass Update function.
Visual Indicator for Open Nonconformance on Work Order
You can now easily identify if a Work Order has an open
Nonconformance (NC). When you select a Work Order with an open NC, a red border
will appear on the Nonconformance Tab of the Shop Floor screen (TIPSQE » Shop Floor Execution » Process » Shop Floor).
Additionally, a new Work Order with Open NC option has been added to the Query Element under the Work Order Group.
The Query Result grid will highlight rows with open NCs based on the NC
Count value.
These updates enhance the identification and management of
Nonconformance issues.
New Work Order Audit Trail
Work Orders now include an Audit Trail feature that tracks and displays recent user changes. This feature enhances transparency and accountability for manual updates.
You can find the new
Audit Trail button in the Work Order screen navigation under the following paths:
TIPSFE » Master Data » Master Data » Work Order and
TIPSFE » Shop Floor Execution » General » Work Order. Clicking the button opens a pop-up that shows the Work Order Audit Trail section. This section includes a table with important details, such as the user's name, a description of the change, and the exact time it occurred. By default, the table sorts changes from newest to oldest. The
Date Revised field also shows a timestamp whenever edits are made to a Work Order from any source.
Users will also gain the ability to see step order revisions and navigate between the revision levels using the new
Standard List Navigation added to the Operation Step Relation tab of the Work Order screen. An
Audit Trail button has also been added to this tab, allowing you to review historical changes for specific operations.
Streamlined Document Linking in Supplier Management and Document Management
Modules
You can now link documents to suppliers directly from the
Supplier Master screen (TIPQA » Supplier Management » Process » Supplier
Master) when adding Part Numbers on the Part Status tab. This new feature updates
the previous individual document association method in the Document Management module.
After saving a new Part Number for a Supplier, a pop-up modal will display all related
documents for selection, ensuring only relevant ones are included.
Additionally, when adding an Associated Part Number in the
Document Management screen (TIPQA » Document Management » Process Document
Management), you can link it to suppliers approved for that specific Part
Number. A pop-up modal will provide a list of approved suppliers for easy selection
and include a function to delete Part Numbers, streamlining the document management
process.
Software Issues Resolved
This section describes the software issues resolved in this release. Some descriptions might contain additional information, including ways on how to work around the defects.
Deltek Tracking Number 2111443: When you created a login account in the Access Control module, the Personnel ID field accepted only lower-case letters. This was inconsistent with the Training Management module, which accepted only upper-case letters for the login account creation form.
Deltek Tracking Number 2009009: The Date grid on the Work Day screen (Access Control » Set Up » Work Day) displayed Saturday and Sunday dates at the top by default, with weekdays appearing further down the list.
Deltek Tracking Number 2218797: When navigating to SMTP Config tab under Cron Scheduler > Email of the Business Unit screen (Access Control » Set Up » Business Unit), the Enable Disable Email Agent field label was somewhat confusing.
Deltek Tracking Number 2162308: When you saved your entries in the First Name and Last Name fields on the Login ID screen, they were saved with a trailing space, which impacts query results.
Deltek Tracking Number 2164230: When you attempted to attach documents using the Link to File option, the ability to browse via File Explorer was not provided.
Deltek Tracking Number 2199334: When you changed the Business Unit, then attempted to modify a password and select Force Change Next Login, the application unexpectedly logged you out and returned you to your default Business Unit.
Deltek Tracking Number 2050293: When you selected a menu item as a favorite on the Manage Favorites screen (Favorites » Manage Favorites), it did not appear in your Favorites menu. In addition, after logging back in, your Favorites menu did not include any links.
Deltek Tracking Number 2145382: When you set a Max Record Count (Access Control » Global Product Parameters » Activation » Max Record Count) and attempted to query your full project data (Master Data » Master Data » Project » Query All), the query did not honor the Max Record Count. The query failed due to the volume of records and logged you out of TIP.
Deltek Tracking Number 2213056: When you attempted to log in as a different user on a restricted access system, the previous user's name was displayed.
Deltek Tracking Number 2246188: When you saved values to the Master Data Module Setup in the Access Control module, they did not save.
Deltek Tracking Number 2039219: Duplicate notification emails were sent for each task on the Adv Product Quality Planning screen (Advanced Product Quality Planning » Process » Adv Product Quality Planning).
Deltek Tracking Number 2225786: When you navigated away from the grid view on the Audit Management screen (Audit Management » Process » Audit Management), the Reverse button was not available.
Deltek Tracking Number 2303406: When you set the criteria on an audit to N/A in the Audit Management module, the system forced a score to be entered, not allowing the audit to be completed without a score. This was despite the Pass/Fail value being set to N/A. Previously, when the criteria were set to N/A, it indicated that the criteria were not being audited, and the system allowed the audit to be completed without entering any score.
Deltek Tracking Number 2189081: When you ran SQL 18.2 and set the Audit record status to Fail, you encountered an error message stating that the Project field was required.
Deltek Tracking Number 2317745: When you set up an audit type in Audit Management and added pass/fail codes to the AM Type Relation tab, the results did not save properly on each line of criteria. The following three issues occurred within the same process:
- When you selected the Use AM Type to Pass or Fail Code Relation checkbox on the Validation tab and initiated a new audit based on this audit type, the results did not save correctly.
- When you selected a pass/fail choice, it did not save and the box color did not change to indicate pass or fail. The overall results of the audit were marked as fail.
- When you updated the audit type to clear the Use AM Type to Pass or Fail Code Relation checkbox and initiated a new audit, the Results dropdown showed all available pass/fail codes; and when you selected one, it saved, changed the color, and calculated the overall results correctly.
The Use AM Type to Pass or Fail Code Relation checkbox did not function as it should.
Deltek Tracking Number 1955773: When you conducted a Fast Find on the Audit Management screen (Audit Management » Process » Audit Management) and filtered for records with a Started status, you found that the Generate CA button was inactive in the Audit Results tab. As a result, you were unable to generate a linked Corrective Action (CA).
Deltek Tracking Number 2177276: When you attached more than two files to the Audit Management Auditors Remarks field (Audit Management » Audit Management » Query » Audit Results tab), only two of the selected attachments were processed.
Deltek Tracking Number 2183026: When you associated Process Codes for each of your Specific Criteria (Audit Management Specific Criteria), then initiated the record to run an audit, the Process Code associated with the Specific Criteria did not display in the Audit Results Grid.
Deltek Tracking Number 2260272: Attempting to complete an audit on the Audit Management screen (Audit Management » Process » Audit Management) resulted in the following error message: "Please enter Score for Criteria(s) (COM01) before completing."
Deltek Tracking Number 2266080: Attempting to initiate an audit on the Audit Management screen (Audit Management » Process » Audit Management » Audit Results Tab) resulted in the following error message: "Please enter a score for criteria (SPECIFIC_CRITERIA_NAME) before completing." This prevented you from closing the audit. This occurred when on the AM Type screen (Audit Management » Set Up Audit Type » Criteria Tab), you configured specific criteria for scoring with a Minimum of 0 and a Maximum of 1, and enabled the Include Audit Score Totals parameter.
Deltek Tracking Number 2146541: When you set your column using drag and drop or the column chooser as a regular user and saving your grid, TIP did not retain your column settings. After opening a record and going back to the List tab, the column reverted back to the default view. This was happening for non-Super Users across all modules. Please note that TIP Technologies version 10.19 no longer supports drag-and-drop in the Column Chooser. For more information on the enhancements to the Column Chooser, see <a href="#Bulk Selection for Column Chooser"><i>Bulk Selection for Column Chooser.</i></a>
Deltek Tracking Number 2324802: When you attempted to use the Reverse button in the Audit Identification tab in the Audit Management screen (Audit Management » Process » Audit Management), the button was greyed out so you cannot reverse audits.
Deltek Tracking Number 2170752: When you attempted to process a document management change (Change Management » Change Management » Processing tab), an error message prompted Please enter a valid DM Number before continuing, even though the Document Management number was already associated on the Change Management List tab.
Deltek Tracking Number 2146414: When you followed the record link in an email sent from the Complaint Handling module, the link did not open the specified record. Instead, it opened a blank record.
Deltek Tracking Number 2146402: After a version upgrade, you experienced issues with the Complaint Handling (CH) module. A single click did not activate entry into the field as expected. Instead, you needed to double click to expand the field.
Deltek Tracking Number 2257653: When you performed a query on the Complaint Handling screen (Complaint Handling » Process » Complaint Handling), duplicate records of the same CH Number appeared in the Find grid. This issue arose when a part number was missing from a letter in the record.
Deltek Tracking Number 2266226: When you entered a dollar value with a decimal point in the Value field on the Product/Complaint tab of the CH records (Complaint Handling » Process » Complaint Handling), the tab froze, and you could not save the record.
Deltek Tracking Number 2144821: When you used the CA Query Builder for a non-blank Buyer, the application did not recognize it.
Deltek Tracking Number 2119850: When you configured the Notification, Warning, and Escalation templates in the Corrective Action (CA) module, the Date Extended and Date Action Due fields pointed to the Task Plans instead of the intended CA record fields.
Deltek Tracking Number 2257196: When you made a comment on the Approvals tab of the Corrective Actions screen (Corrective Actions » Process » Corrective Actions), the comments were not displayed in the Audit Trail.
Deltek Tracking Number 2310427: When you tried to select the 'Popup Details' button, the popup did not reappear. The only method to make it reappear was to reverse the CA status and reprocess to WCA.
If the Auto Display setting was not set, this button worked to open the window on demand. However, if the said setting was checked, it only allowed the popup to occur after clicking Process on the Discrepancy tab and did not allow you to open the popup on demand using the button.
Deltek Tracking Number 2132937: When you entered a Part Number in the CA module (Corrective Action » Process » Corrective Action), the Product Group field was automatically populated with the Part Group value, even when the Product Group was not displayed on the screen. This caused an error as the Part Group value exceeded the length of the Product Group field, preventing the CA record from being saved.
Deltek Tracking Number 2258664: When you navigated to the Query Builder (Corrective Action » Process » Corrective Action), selected a program from the Contained in List menu, cleared the selection, and then scrolled down and up, the box was automatically reselected.
Deltek Tracking Number 2086297: In the Task Plans modal of the Corrective Actions module, you were able to set the Date Extended field to a date earlier than the Date Action Due field without receiving an error prompt to select a later date.
Deltek Tracking Number 2310361: When you used the Query Builder in the Corrective Action screen (Corrective Action » Process » Corrective Action) to select a summary that contained specific text, no data was displayed. The "Which contains" query only worked on numeric characters and failed to work on alphanumeric and alpha characters.
Deltek Tracking Number 2146413: When you used the Auto-assign at Closure feature for the CA type, the Login ID screen repeatedly appeared in a loop when transitioning from WFL (Waiting Follow Up) to WCL (Waiting Closure) status, preventing the Corrective Action record from processing to WCL (Closure).
Deltek Tracking Number 2220394: When you filtered the CA Task Planning grid by date completed being blank, the data did not display as expected. Specifically, when you viewed a specific line in the task plan grid, the Corrective Action / Preventative Action Description shown was for a different line in the Task Plan. However, when you accessed the same task without using the filter, the correct information displayed.
Deltek Tracking Number 2146411: When you clicked the Process button to update the status of a Corrective Action (CA) record from WFL to WCL, you were prompted to confirm whether you wanted to proceed without entering comments. Selecting Yes did not result in a change to the status, and clicking Process again also did not alter the status of the CA record.
Deltek Tracking Number 2111429: When you attempted to add information in the Associated Documents section before saving the Corrective Action record for the first time, the query form did not display when you clicked the LookUp button. When you tried to save with the associated document line created, an error occurred.
Deltek Tracking Number 2111426: When you reversed a Corrective Action with multiple letters from a status of Closed (CLS) to Waiting Closure (WCL), Closure & Effectiveness Comments were deleted.
Deltek Tracking Number 2113040: When you saved a grid configuration on the Corrective Action screen, then made other modifications to the grid, selected the saved configuration from the list and clicked the Refresh icon, the grid did not update as expected.
Deltek Tracking Number 2146412: The + button to create a new Corrective Action (CA) record was unavailable unless you first clicked the Find button. This resulted in additional steps requiring you to pull up a list of all CAs and double-click on a record to open it in the Identification tab,
Deltek Tracking Number 2074076: On the Identification tab of the Corrective Action screen (Corrective Action » Process » Corrective Action), you were allowed to set the Date Response Due field to a date that predated the record's Creation Date.
Deltek Tracking Number 2290874: When you attempted to open an existing Corrective Action on new status and delete one of the associated documents, you encountered the following error message upon trying to save changes: "Please enter a valid module before continuing." Also, the document seemed to have been deleted, but reappeared upon saving.
Deltek Tracking Number 2052890: When members of a Security Group attempted to create a linked Corrective Action (CA) from a Nonconformance (NC) record, they received the following error message: "Unauthorized Access". This occurred even though they had the necessary access rights to perform this action.
Deltek Tracking Number 2251435: When two users opened the same record simultaneously on a Task Plan screen, the record lock behavior was inconsistent. This issue impacted all modules with a Task Plan screen, including Advanced Product Quality, Corrective Action, Change Management, Document Management, Failure Mode & Effects, Nonconformance, and Risk Management.
Deltek Tracking Number 2121635: When you clicked the Download Report icon of the NC Listing Report screen (Nonconformance » Reports » NC Listing), it directly initiated a download without offering export options like PDF and Excel.
Deltek Tracking Number 2280084: When you attempted to create a new corrective action after an upgrade, you encountered an error message stating that the selected contract was not valid.
Deltek Tracking Number 2261974: After a recent upgrade, when users tried to access and read the Task Plan information on a closed Corrective Action on the Follow Up tab of the Corrective Action screen (Corrective Action » Process » Corrective Action), an additional level of access through the CA Module Setup was required, titled "Allow Edit Without Reversing for Status of Closed". This provided more access than the user needed just to view the Task Plan section of a closed record.
Deltek Tracking Number 2146500: When you checked out a file in the Document Management module, the application renamed it by adding the current document revision to the file name. After updating the document, you encountered an error when trying to check it back in, indicating that the file name did not match the stored name. As a result, you had to manually rename the file before completing the check-in process.
Deltek Tracking Number 2145789: You were unable to associate a Document Management (DM) record to a Supplier in the Main Business Unit/Child Business Unit (MBU/CBU) environment if the Status of the DM record was Released.
Deltek Tracking Number 2273061: When you added a record on the DM Type screen (Document Management » Set Up » DM Type » Approval Group Tab), the Document Management Notification checkbox was already selected by default. When you unselected the checkbox, the application did not save allow the update.
Deltek Tracking Number 2274070: When you reassigned a record to a user while it was being processed in the Document Management module, the Department field updated from its current value to the Department # of the reassigned user.
Deltek Tracking Number 2050280: When you clicked the + button to add Associated Keywords in the Document Management (DM) module, the application did not show the
(Lookup) to open the Query screen. This prevented you from selecting from a list of valid keywords. You experienced this issue while updating an existing DM record, but it did not occur when creating a new DM record.
Deltek Tracking Number 2167617: When you made changes on the Associated Documents tab (Document Management >> Evaluation Tab >> Associated Child Documents tab), it did not adjust the time in the Revised Date field to the local Business Unit time zone.
Deltek Tracking Number 2270657: When you updated a document's title or identifier after its release, the changes were not consistently visible in the viewer. You found that searching by DM number yielded different results compared to searching by the title or ID associated with that DM number.
Deltek Tracking Number 2267748: You experienced layout issues on the Evaluation tab of the Document Management screen (Document Management » Process » Document Management) after upgrading to a higher version of TIP Technologies. The fields became wider, which allowed only two fields to fit on a single line. This adjustment changed the screen layout, requiring you to scroll to view all the information that was previously visible at once.
Deltek Tracking Number 2164939: When you installed version 18.1, the order of approvers listed in DM Category was reversed.
Deltek Tracking Number 2168480: When you started an update to a manufacturing plan and linked a document to a step's instructions (Shop Floor Execution » Manufacturing Plan » Query » Update Plan » Specific Instructions tab), then cancelled the plan changes, the instructions were removed as expected, but a record remained on the Where Used tab. This issue also occurred when cancelling a redline change to a specific order, the Where Used record was captured, whether the change was saved or rolled back.
Deltek Tracking Number 2266887: When you attempted to type in Document Management fields (Document Management » Document Management), for example typing in the Evaluation tab Comments field after generating a number of documents, you experienced a delay between typing and the text displaying.
Deltek Tracking Number 2290198: When you removed download permissions in the Setup module, superseded documents were still accessible for download.
Deltek Tracking Number 2308169: When you opened a document in TIPWeb, it was directed to the local Downloads folder and could not be edited and saved back into TIPQA.
Deltek Tracking Number 2145788: When you selected the boxes under the Notification column in the Document Management module's DM Category tab (Document Management » Administration Code Maintenance » DM Category), it did not affect the sending of notifications to users.
Deltek Tracking Number 2356999: When you linked a document to any record instance and updated the document, the link was removed.
Deltek Tracking Number 2249324: When you tracked whether a Supplier had read an assigned Document Management document, the recorded Date/Time stamp was found to be incorrect and inconsistent.
Deltek Tracking Number 2257200: When a user with no Document Management module menu permissions attempted to open a document from the document viewer, an "Unauthorized Access" error message displayed.
Deltek Tracking Number 2192907: When you entered a specific calibration due date for a received item, the date automatically changed to 5-7 days later on the Calibration/Inspection tab under Gage and Tool Master.
Deltek Tracking Number 2298057: When you completed the calibration, the Date Calibration Completed did not always transfer to the Date Last Calibrated field on the GT Master screen (Gage/Tool Management » Process » GT Master). This resulted to unpredictable results and occurred in a percentage of Calibrated tool check-ins.
Deltek Tracking Number 2134455: When you generated Calibration reports for Gage records, duplicate reports were produced.
Deltek Tracking Number 2166104: When you attempted to manually enter a standard tool in the GT Process screen (Gage/Tool Management » Process » GT Process), the system did not allow it. Instead, you had to click on the ellipsis, pull up a query screen, find the tool, and then add it to the record.
Deltek Tracking Number 1913323: The Supplier List in the Calibration/Inspection tab of the GT Master screen (Gage/Tool Management » Process » GT Master) did not filter for Tooling suppliers only.
Deltek Tracking Number 2203942: When you ordered by Date Calibration Due on the GT Calibration Schedule report, the order was not honored.
Deltek Tracking Number 2172178: When you used the Gage/Tool Management Find criteria for Preventive Maintenance, it didn't match Calibration options. The GT Master screen (Gage/Tool Management » Process » GT Master) could not run report based on the Date Next PM Due element.
Deltek Tracking Number 2225828: When you checked out tools from the Transaction Out screen (Gage/Tool Management » Process » Transaction Out), the history records displayed a timestamp of 12:00 PM. However, Transaction In records showed the correct timestamp.
Deltek Tracking Number 2294963: When you generated the PM Schedule report in Oracle 18.5's Gage or Tool Management module, the report was generated in an inefficient format with the following issues:

- The report incorrectly displayed Order By: Date Calibration Due instead of Date PM Due.
- The Description column was truncated, resulting in missing information.
- Information was scattered for auto-adjusted columns.
- The Date Next Maintenance column was in an improper format and included a '12:' at the end of the date.
- The Procedure Code column was missing the Interval Type.

Deltek Tracking Number 2177337: When you used an asset with a past due preventative maintenance or next calibration date in the Shop Floor Work Orders, no warning message displayed.
Deltek Tracking Number 2306121: When you selected the One Row Per Criteria option under Preload Data Capture Grid on the Specific Criteria tab of the Specific Calibration / PM Criteria screen (Gage/Tool Management » General » Specific Calibration / PM Criteria) and then attempted to save it, your setting was not saved.
Deltek Tracking Number 2321578: When you ran a test of the Asset Usage in GT Master screen (Gage/Tool Management » Process » GT Master), it showed only results older than August 2021. Despite updates in the tables, the data was not visible in the application.
Deltek Tracking Number 2228344: When you initiated Preventive Maintenance, it did not initiate as expected and neither a sequence number nor a procedure code was displayed.
After creating a new procedure, building relations to common criteria, and associating the Procedure Code in the Master under the PM tab, the sequence number and procedure code still did not display upon re-querying and attempting to initiate again.
Deltek Tracking Number 2326498: When you transacted an asset in from a supplier through the Transaction In screen (Gage/Tool Management » Process » Transaction In), the previously existing data in the Location Code field was cleared from the Asset Master record.

DefDeltek Tracking Number ect 2003765: When you configured a new Approval Group on the Approval Group screen (Access Control » Code Maintenance » Approval Group) and set the Primary Email Recipient column to False, the designated users were excluded from the CC field in the email notification.
Deltek Tracking Number 1932936: When you processed escalations in the Nonconformance (NC) and Corrective Action (CA) modules, you encountered an issue if the Last Escalation ID listed in the configuration was associated with an inactive user. In that case, the Date Next Esc Due field was left blank, which halted the escalation process. To resume escalations, you had to manually update the records.
Deltek Tracking Number 1918594: When you applied multiple filters on the List tab of the Complaint Handling screen (Complaint Handling » Process » Complaint Handling), the application displayed several rows, even though you had selected the Summary option in the Query Filter section.
