Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

View Additional Resources for a Product Listing Card

Use the available icons on a product listing card to view BIM content or download included documents for a product listing.

To view additional resources for a product listing card:

  1. On the navigation menu, click Products.
  2. On the Product Listings page, search for a product listing.
    To quickly find the product listing, you can use filters.
  3. On the product listing card, view the available resource icons.
    The following icons are available:
    Icon Additional Content
    Catalog
    Swatchbox®
    BIM
    Full Length
    Short Form
    Product Specification Document
  4. Open the additional resources:
    • To download a Short Form , Full Length , or Catalog document, hover over its icon and click its name in the Additional Content dialog box.
    • To open the link of the BIM content, hover over its icon and click its name in the Additional Content dialog box.
    • To download a Product Specification Document , click its icon.
    • To open a Swatchbox resource, click its icon.
