From Active Directory Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to import users from active directory.

Field	Description
Domain	Enter a domain that manages Active Directory Services. By default, this field is blank. Once the domain is selected, the groups set up on the ADSI server displays in the Groups grid within the Domain Users and Groups section.
Groups	Select a group from the list of groups that are set up on the ADSI server. NAME: This column displays the group name. DESCRIPTION: This column displays the corresponding group description. Once a group is selected, the users in the selected group display in the Users grid
Available Users	Select one or more users from the list of users who are members of the selected group. USER ID: This column displays the user ID. FIRST NAME: This column displays the user's first name. LAST NAME: This column displays the user's last name.
Import	Click this button to import the selected users. When importing users into PPM Administrator from active directory, a log is created. This log lists information and errors that occur when processing the import. Once the Import process is completed, the Import Log dialog box displays. The PPM Administrator notifies the users regarding the information, warnings, or error messages generated during the import.
