Use this procedure to remove a lock from an object on the
Locks form.
To remove the lock on the user object:

In the Navigation pane, select
.

On the
Locks form, select the object(s) that the user has opened.

Take one of the following actions:
- At the upper left part of the grid, click the
Remove Lock button. This button only becomes enabled when the gird contains data.
- At the end of each selected row, click
X.
Note: Removing a lock on an object that is opened by the user who is currently logged in to a supported application can cause data corruption.

In the Remove Lock dialog box, click Yes.

Click
Save.
Alternatively, you can remove the lock from the LOCKS tab on the
Users form.
