Options Dialog Box

The Options dialog box displays the following options:

Print Report

Select this checkbox to print the report.

If the printer is not defined in Settings » User Preferences » Reporting Defaults tab, selecting this option will issue the warning message. Click Print Setup and select a printer. The printer must be set up on the report server.

Report Printer

Use this to view the default printer defined in Settings » User Preferences » Reporting Defaults tab.

Create Report Archive

Select this checkbox to create an archive copy of the report.

Archive Hours

Use this field to enter the number of hours you want PM Compass to save the archived report.

If Create Report Archive check box is selected, the Archive Hours text box becomes enabled.

Print Setup

Select this button to launch the Print Dialog Box.

OK

Select this button to save the changes you made.

Cancel

Select this button to disregard all the changes you made.
