PM Compass provides a process to send a completed Corrective Action Request form for approval. The Contract Representative (Contract Rep) creates a Corrective Action Request, completes any required Action on CAR child workflow and starts the workflow steps.
Contract Rep creates the CAR and includes the following:
Identifies the guidelines that are noncompliant including detailed descriptions. See Process Area Tab of CAR.
Creates an Actions on CAR workflow for each action required to address nonconformities. See Process Area Tab of CAR.
The Contract Rep sends the CAR to the first approvers. The status in this step is In Review.
First Approvers: Program Manager and PCA
Default Days Allotted: 5 working days
The Contract Rep monitors the Actions on CAR child workflows and reports back to the customer. The status in this step is In Review.
This is based on due date and set an scheduled alerts
The scheduled alerts should be a default
Default Days Allotted: 20 working days
Description: Contract Rep Completes after Compliant
The Contract Rep completes the CAR after it is approved by the customer.
If the customer has approved it, the Contract Rep adds a Comment (required entry) in the Resolution/Proposed Corrective Action memo field of the General Tab of Corrective Action Request Form and adds any supporting documentation to the Links tab.
The Contract Rep sets the workflow to Completed.
