As a PM Compass system administrator, you can use the Custom Menu form to create custom menu items for multiple external API endpoints, which you can then execute from the Navigation menu within PM Compass.
To configure and execute custom menu items:
On the Navigation menu, click Administration ยป Custom Menu.
On the Custom Menu form, enter a custom menu name in the Menu Name field and click Add.
In the Custom Menu Item dialog box, click each tab and enter or specify the values in the appropriate fields.
Click OK.
On the Navigation menu after Workflows, click a custom menu item.
In the Field and Value grid, enter or specify the appropriate value for each API Field row.
Click the Run button to validate the API fields and connect and execute the external endpoint.
Successful API requests return the requested resource and a success status code. Unsuccessful API requests return error status codes.
