Remove a User or Group from the Access Control List

This procedure allows you (either as the owner of an entity or a member of the SYSADMIN group) to remove a user or group of users from the Access Control List (ACL).

To remove the user or group of users from the access control list:

  1. Navigate to the Access Control location for the list you want to update. See Access Control location for more information.

  2. On the Access Control tab, or Access Control dialog box (depending on where you access the feature), in the Access Control grid, select the user or group of users that you want to remove from the ACL.

  3. On the grid toolbar, click Delete.

  4. On the form toolbar, click Save.
