View Project-Level Codes Assigned to a Project

This procedure allows you to view project-level codes for Deltek Cobra projects made visible in Deltek PM Compass that have been assigned to a project.

To view project-level codes:

1. On the Navigation menu, click Projects » Projects.

2. In the Projects List View grid, select the project that you want to modify, or use the Search functionality to retrieve the project(s) that you want to update.

3. Switch from List View to Form View (or tab view). You can do this by taking one of the following actions:

   Not all users can access the Projects Form View. Access to this and other screens is controlled in Deltek EPM Security Administrator.

   • In the Project grid, double-click the margin square to the left of the selected project.

   • On the form toolbar, click Form View.

4. Click the Code Assignments tab. The Project Code Assignments grid displays for Cobra projects that have been made visible in PM Compass.

5. This step is optional. You can either print the contents or export the contents to Microsoft Excel by selecting the appropriate option in the Project Code Assignments drop-down list.

You can also rearrange the fields for certain tabs by clicking Form Designer on the form toolbar.
