The My Cost Analysis navigation menu option under Projects displays data from the selected master project to which you have rights. This provides an easy way for you to analyze work packages assigned to you based on the assignment mapping hierarchy.
When you are in the Master Projects view of the Projects List View, you can only use the My Cost Analysis link on the Navigation menu to navigate. You cannot use the Cost Analysis option on the Projects View toolbar.
When you access the view for the first time, the grid is blank and you must use the Search feature to select a control account. The next time you access the view, PM Compass remembers your selection.
The view is automatically filtered to display only work packages based on the assignment mapping hierarchy. If you are a member of the Progress Admin group, you will be able to see all of the work packages.
