You can schedule a process to run at a certain date and time or on a recurring basis.
To schedule a process:
Access the Schedule dialog box. Here are some of the places from which you can access the dialog box:
The Schedule Integration tab of the Projects form when you are using Microsoft Project
Enter information on the Main, Recurrence, and Parameters tabs as needed. For detailed field descriptions, see Schedule dialog box.
Click OK to save your settings and schedule the process.
