You can edit time phased budget data in the current period. If there are no existing time phased budget records within the baseline dates, you can edit this information on the Cost tab. If you navigate away from the work package without changing any of the time phased periods, the zero value records are not saved. If you do edit values in the time phased grid, that information is saved and copied to the live project when the workflow is completed.
