To access the Cobra Export Report Search dialog boxs:
On the Navigation menu, click Administration » Workflow Type Configuration.
On the Change Details on Form tab, click the
beside
the Cobra Export Report field.
Use this dialog box to search for a Cobra report to use as the .xls format when you export sandbox project data from the Change Details view by clicking Export on the toolbar.
The results include project-based, saved, and shared reports.
This field is read-only and displays Standard.
After selecting a Search By field and entering Search Text (if needed), click this button to display the results.
Select one of the following options:
Category — Search by category, for example, Format, Planning, Time-Phased.
Description — Search by report description.
Report ID — Search by report ID.
After selecting the field, click the Search button to display the results.
This text box allows you to enter a value stored in the selected Search By field. After entering the search text, click the Search button to display the results.
This grid displays the search results. The results include project-based, saved, and shared reports.
This field displays the total number of reports that resulted from the search.
Select a record on the grid and click this button to select the report.
Click this button to exit the dialog box.
