View a Schedule Export Log

This procedure allows you to view the complete details of a completed schedule export. You can print, download, or send the report via email.

To view the schedule export log:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Administration » General Import and Export » Schedule Export. The Schedule Export form displays on the right pane. The General tab displays by default.

  2. Verify if the displayed record pertains to the configuration which log you want to view. If it is not, in the Search field, enter the configuration name and then press ENTER to display the record. Alternatively, you can click beside the field to display the Configuration Search dialog box and then search for the record.

  3. On the form toolbar, click View Log. The Schedule Export Log dialog box containing the process statistics displays. The report displays the contents of the previous log file that the export process generated.

    The View Log button becomes enabled after you run the schedule export process. Otherwise, you can view the log from the Process Log Viewer dialog box.
