If the ReportTemplates folder that is created by the Cobra installation is missing, it can cause a TemplateFile missing error during a PM Compass export.
When you encounter this error, confirm that the Report Template Location on the Application Preferences dialog box Reports tab in Cobra is set to the correct location.
Since Cobra Web Services must be able to load Cobra Report Templates in order to generate a Cobra report, confirm that a network share has been configured so that all installations of Cobra Web Services can access Report Templates. Security must be configured such that the user account running the Cobra Web Services Windows Service has at least read rights to the Report Templates folder.
The setting in the Report Template Location field is saved per database. If you make a change to the setting, you must repeat the process for every database. In addition, after you make the change, you must stop and restart the Cobra Web Services and PM Compass Process Server.
