Manage Your Snag Items

Use the Teamwork - My Snags dashpart to access all defects that require your attention.

If you log defects as punch list items instead of snags, see Manage Your Punch List Items.

To manage your snag items:

1. On the Teamwork - My Snags dashpart, expand the project that you want to view defects for.
   If the Teamwork - My Snags dashpart is not displayed, click to add it.
2. Click to view an item.
3. On the Snag Actions dialog, click the action that you want to take, and then fill out the relevant form.
   For example, if you choose to close a defect, you can provide comments to summarize the remedial action that you have taken to fix it.
