Warning Indicators
Navigator displays visual indicators on the project listing to alert you of warning conditions that exist with the projects. For example, the estimate at complete (EAC) amount is greater than the contract amount, or the contract amount is less than or equal to zero.
Navigator performs the following tests on the labor, expenses, and consultants categories independently:
- When the category's EAC equals zero, no warnings are triggered for the category.
- When the category's contract is greater than zero, and its EAC is greater than the contract, the EAC Higher than Contract warning displays.
- When the category's contract is less than or equal to zero, the No Contract warning displays.
When you mouse over or tap warning indicators, tooltips display to further explain the warnings. As you resolve warning conditions in Vision, the visual indicators in Navigator update accordingly.
